Hi Jo
Sounds like you're having fun with the junior family members...!! :rotfl:
I ended up doing 10hrs at work today instead of 8hrs, so am now sitting here relaxing with a nice big. But it is the first alcoholic drink I've had since last Sunday so I'm not going to feel bad about it...
Eating-wise, I've been pretty good today. When I got home, Mr P had made a roasted veggie tortilla, so had some of that for dinner - pretty healthy and had a "controlled" portion so there is plenty left over...might freeze some to take for lunches at work in 2nd job next week (boss away again so will be on own, so can eat it!!).
Exercise-wise, I walked to work and back, so just under 4 miles - not bad.
Money-wise, 10hrs of extra wages is pretty good so I guess today can be classed as a good day.Didn't meal plan yet this evening, so might have a go at that now before I go up to bed...then I'll have some idea of what I need from Asda/Lidl in the morning.
On the plus side, that means that today was a NSD (because I was too knackered to go shopping this evening when I got home!). So thats 2 days out of 6 achieved now for August. :T
Speak to you tomorrow...

piglet - well done on another no spend day and on the loss :j
Jo - wahey for resisting take away!!! OH bought cook at home pizza last night, i did however only eat jut over half of mine, half of the garlic bread and about 6 chips so much less than normal, even if it was still very high in calories
bargainfinder - wahey! well done not buying everything boots tempted you with!!!
Icka - well done on the half stone loss and on paying the overdraft!!!
i had such a lazy day yesterdayI only did about 10 mins exercise between the trampette and 400 tummy crunches while watching BB. Then the pizza incident for dinner. I put it all down to being tired from working so hard on friday :rotfl:I was working at the Rhys Jones memorial concert, was a really great day actually
even if I was on my feet for the bulk of it.
So heres to Sunday being a good day for us all exercise/food/money wise :T0 -
piglet Wow what a FAB day you had and well done on the 2 NS days. I am going to join that challenge. Yesterday was good day for me money wise all i spent was £30 that was my weekly shop and a bought 3 disc's for the cam corder to get GC on before they return to London (a must) its 18 month since I saw them last, in the flesh, do see them on cam on puter but its just not the same. You are doing quite a bit overtime :j extra money is good ain't it. My over time on main job as come to an end after 4 month, so will try and pick up on 2nd and 3rd job.
My eating is going to wellsh. I go away to Tunisia 4 weeks today  so I AM going to put al into it for the next 4 weeks. Exercise its a swear word for me, the most i get is my walk to work and back 15mins each way WOW . Its so disgusting, I have a boxer dog called Tara, i will change my avatar for a while and you will see her and I live in the "semi" country, we have lots of bridle paths etc to walk, I just cant be bothered to do them. How bad is that. But as from 2morrow "I promise" to do some. Also well done on the no alcohol since Sunday, now that does impress me, as i have about 2-3 glasses each night i am off, well done you :T Catch u up later
Jo x
Emmylou Hiya, half of what you usually have is wooooo hooooo in my books. Anything less than normal is FAB doesn't matter how small of a less.
Jo x
ICKA :j :Tand a big
I am soooooo proud of you. I think thats the first "paid off" we have had in this thread ? (please forgive me if i am wrong). That has just made me feel Fab, I should be able to say the same in November not an over draft but a debt.
Keep it up girl
Jo x

Ah Girlies thank you so much for the continued encouragement. When ever I feel bad I just got on here and I always feel much better. Was so bold yesterday drove a load of kids to a competition yesterday and could nto get out of hall to get a sambo and forgot to take a packed lunch:mad: . So I ended up having three chocolate bars to keep me going. The kids wanted to stop to get food on way home. So had plate of sausage, chips and beans:mad: and if that was not enough when I got home my dad ordered a massive chinese. So I had BBQ Spare rib, some special fried rice and some Sweet and sour chicken  . OMG I swear I put back on all the weight I lost. I feel massive today and I reall feel bloated and blotchy and awful and knackered. Im not used to eating such rubbish since I started this challange and I now know it makes me feel ill. So it will be a very long time until I do that again.
Yes so I have paid off the £1680 overdraft :j :j :j .
Its been a really tough few weeks living at home but it is proving one of the best ideas I have ever had and my dad is so happy to have me here.
We went to the gym together this morning and he was all smiles when he came out and said thank you for taking him like 7 times. Bless him.
So tomorrow is Monday and it is a strict diet and exercise and no more messing for the 4 weeks until the wedding.
Hope you are all in good form and had a good weekend. I ate enough for all of us yesterday so dont feel left out:oThread softly becuase you thread on my dreams0 -

Hi everyone, can I join your club please? The title describes me exactly.
A little about me, OH and I are in debt, but have a plan and feel like we are doing ok because of the plan.
I am tooooo overweight to mention on this thread, but put it this way I am a size 18 and would like to be a 16 but do b&gger all about it. I have done Race for life the last three years, so for the first part of the year I train like mad (we only run a bit then walk then run again) then when the dark nights set in, I stay home and eat and start creeping back into fleecy tracksuit bottoms for comfort!!!!!
Would love to come and join, if you will have me.
