I could find out about that Jo, as my aunt is the assistant head of a primary school. I saw her yesterday as well!! I will see her on Friday night at my cousin's party, so will ask her then. Thanks, I never thought of that Jo.
Forgot to tell you all, my wee nephew (Icka has seen his photo) has got his first tooth, I have nicknamed him Fang, (his mother is pleased about that, thinks he will be called Fang until he is 40 now:rotfl: ).

I don't know why folk like this bother to post anything, it is of no use to anyone!! It's sooooo much better to be pleasant than to be an a***h***, don't you think? I just don't want our nice thread to be spoilt by trolls!!!
SL xi agree with you lynn. Time will tell, if they continue to be negative, we will "delete" them.

I do a lot of reading and commenting but very little telling. I sooooo have a nerve cos Ive just ticked Puzzled off for not talking and telling. Sorry Puzzled. Felt sooooo bad about it.

I have one but with no photos, my DH had it when he was in afghanistan, so just logged in to see what he was up to. I'm just going to ring him now, back in a bit.

la la la ok so a total of 7 cookies today
but thats them all gone! will have to go for a walk tomorrow or something to make up for that crappy night.
ive noticed from ive started to lose weight ive also started to make more of an effortfrom ive had annabelle ive not really bothered with what i wear (hate buying clothes in my fat size and keep thinking ill be thin soon) but recently ive bought a few nice things to wear to go out etc. Started to take better care of myself with a once a week good ex foliation on my face, bought a body brush for the shower and putting on a summer sun moisturiser. its great
I'm starting to feel human again!!! Roll on being thinner and able to wear my old clothes (i have millions of size 8 - 10 items im just itching to wear again!).
The cookies made me feel really bloated and sleepy and blergh - so thats my motivation to NOT eat them again!!! Please remind me of that if u see me saying ive bought cookies!!!

On a more cheerful note: Morning ladies!!!
Guess what - I walked the dog yesterday! Woohooo!!! I waited for my sisters to arrive and dragged them out as well. Also, I asked my sister to pick up some milk and pop on her way over, so it was a NSD for me as well:rotfl:

Today I'm going to eat a leftover pancake for lunch:D and then hubby and I are going out for a meal this evening for my bday (which is tomorrow:D ) I'm off to update my thread now, so I'll catch up with you in a bit.

Morning everyone,
Can't post much as I'm meant to start work now- I'll pop back at lunch time. I didn't do very well last night, I had 2 cheese sandwiches with mayo and 3 lines of a chocolate bar cos I felt so tired and stressed with my kitchen not being done and now having problems with our water not draining and the washing machine...........ahhhhhhhhhhh - so I consoled myself with them and now today is a new day. By the way I'm having tea and 2 slices of toast with a little bit of jam on - I need energy!! (that's what I tell myself)0 -
Good Morning all
Everyone good?? I'm at work, freezing because the majority of people on my floor seem to always be warm so I'm sat with a jacket on and I've just gone and gotten a hot water bottle from the medical room!!
Finding it hard to keep the motivation up to stick to the diet... help!! I'm tempted by chocolate and all sorts.. Any advice ladies
