Emmylou Have a good day with your new eating plan and you never did answer my question way way way back. "nappy addict and nappy adviser" ?
oh i never seen it - sorry
Im a cloth nappy advisor for a company called (can i say their name?) the long word for a lolly lol. So DD is a fluffy bum with all her funky cloth nappies. Although we have been slipping into some disposables for days out and long trips in the car recentlybut shes mainly a clothy bum haha so doing her bit for the environment :T
Also you where out of the house when u went to the chip shop - thus exercising, so it makes the chip shop visit less of a downfall in my eyes
bargainfinder - i know its mad trying to read all the posts! Im trying to pop on a few times a day to make sure i dont get a back log :rotfl:Well done on the fruit at the BBQ  Enjoy the camping too and make the most of the fun exercise while your there.0 -
I planned my next 3 months last night.. I've decided to take it very easy to start with so I'm cutting out all alcohol (empty calories AND pretty pricey) and I'm limiting myself to 1 chocolate bar per week (and it will be dark chocolate because its better for you... apparently).
Also my friend lent me a book, French woman dont get fat... Its all about how if you sit and concentrate on your food and nothing esle, you will actually eat less, feel fuller and taste more. I did it last night and discovered that really, weight watchers ready meals taste like cardboard!! (and they sting the purse).
Anybody else got plans in place for the coming months?

Lynne, you poor thing, I love having people to stay, but only when I ask them too, and it frustrates me when other people invite people to my house at the best of times, so I can only imagine how you feel... something someone said to me once really helped.. that Hospitality is different from Entertaining people.
They meant.. hospitality is saying; ok, you are welcome to stay in my house and sleep in my spare room and eat my food; but I will still carry on with my life. Can you not go to the wedding anyway? Is your dad is just asking for the bed of a night, and can the girlfriend not spend the days with them and just come back to you to sleep?? I really hope that it all works out for you and you don't ruin your weekend diet wise and spending wise. ((((hugs))))
Well, I did quite well at the bbq last night, I ate:
1 hot dog, 1 chicken drumstick (gave the skin to the dog!!), half a bit of pork, I small chicken satay, 2 small spare rib pieces, 1 slice of chocolate roll, 2 chocolate digestives, mouthful of someone elses cake and 3 marshmallows....
that's good for me! Oh, and I finshed it all off with grapes and a pear; which imho is better than another slice of cake!!
I'm back to dieting today, with orange juice for breakfast and water all day.
We're going camping tonight though, back on Tuesday next week... so I will probably eat more as we're on holiday, but am likely to get more excercise, which is always a good thingI dread to think how long it will take me to catch up with all the posts when I get back!!
Well done on the house cleansing babyjayne, I always feel great when I have done mine!
Pippo - hope today goes/has gone much better for you than yesterday.. has anyone ever tried weightwatchers wine? Is it nice or yucky???
Have a good day all xx

:rotfl: !!
Weight watchers meals don't really fill you up either... imho
I have a plan.. kind of.. to be ultra strict for the next 4 weeks until we go on holiday (to Egypt :T ) and then when I come back, take it easy but not super strict, so not snacking in between meals (that's my biggest falldown) I have a concert in December, so I'm hoping from Sep 10 - Dec 16 I can lose 3 stone... is this possiblePersonal challenge: Do without as much as possible to pay off £12k by 07/2009!!!:T

kmac - if u only want 1 dark choco bar a week - try the tesco value one
only 24p, bigger than a bournville but tastes just as good. Pop it in the freezer and just take some out when you need it
Blue jeans - u a bit of a tree hugger like me too then? lol u got very excited over the fluffy bums haha!
bargain finder 3 stone in 3 months is totally doableJust a lot of dedication, i guess you need to lose 3lb a week to hit that target
But we will be here cheering you on x

Well done!! They have some brilliant camping suggestions on some of the forums, if you search camping you should find them... if you remember to take everything with you, it can work out really cheap!

Hi Bernie,
Thanks for this link, I'll be sure to take a look
Have you read 'The Weigh Down Diet' - it's also good - about listening to what your body wants, and eating the way God intended us to eat.
Thanks for your post
