Well done on down-sizing the burger - I think you did a good job!! I am a firm believer that if you can't live without something forever, then its no good giving it up when you are "on a diet". But if you can still get the satisfaction but save some calories while you are doing it, then I say...

Hi Emmylou - sorry to hear about the flapjacks...:o I hate it when you're looking forward to something yummy and it doesn't turn out to be as good as you'd built it up to be in your head! But well done on the rest of your day... Would be interested to hear more about Gillian McKeith's detox, too - I've never heard of a 24hr one (I thought they were all several days or even longer - isn't Ms Vorderman's one a month long? :eek: - which is why I've never been brave enough to try one...:rolleyes:).

Jo - well done on your food choices today...you sound like you've had a really good day and really stayed in control. Very healthy! :T

Mmmm 24hr detox sounds about quite long enough. i once tried a 3 day one. I was to bury i felt awful at he end of it, terrible head ache. apparently with drawl from junk body had been used too ? i just wanted to die. i had this horrible taste in my mouth. it was a fruit juice detox
