oh no... i defrosted 2 flapjacks and ate them :( not good. They didnt even taste good from the microwave - i dunno why i did it grrrr.

Other than that i was ok, i had 2 slim fasts and 2 bolognese sarnies for lunch.

Ordered the gillian mckeith 24 hour detox tonight to try out. Apparent the side effect aint pretty but its effective for a detox - so it might help me to stop craving junk food. Fingers crossed!

Emmylou Hiya, yeah I'm a bit of a "tree hugger" I have actually got a picture of me "tree hugging". I try to do my best at being green ! I have an allotment and grow all I can, shred all I can and put it on the compost Heep. I have been looking at worm farms on the net, as i really fancy one. that would be for food waste. I don't do carry bags now either. So i am trying where i can.

    Hi all wave.gif

Sorry not to get on here yesterday - it was a long day and I was out in the evening and didn't get home until nearly 1am...but I wasn't partying, so I kind of kept on track of the food situation. On the downside, I had to collect my car from the garage steeringwheel.gif where it had had a full service and various new bits replaced (including part of the exhaust) which set us back £300. Luckily we had budgetted for it, so it was fully paid for and we didn't have to use a credit card!

Today has been work at 2nd job. Walked there and back, so saved £1.80 bus fare and built up a bit of a sweat because it is nearly 2 miles each way and London was warm today! th_sunsmilie.gif Have agreed to do some extra hours for the next few weeks which will help the cashflow situation a bit, so that is good.

Food-wise today, I have been quite good - weetabix and skimmed milk for breakfast, took healthy sandwiches to work for lunch, and stopped off and bought some corn on the cob (half price in Sainsbury's) which I was really fancying for dinner. Mr P doesn't like corn on the cob, so he had sausage and chips from the chippy(!!!!). I soooooo wanted his dinner, but stuck to mine (didn't even snaffle one chip :A - knew if I did I would cave in and eat loads!:rotfl:) - spurred on by the fact that it is weigh-in for me tomorrow!goodscales.gif Am feeling pretty proud of myself for resisting... Of course, the halo slipped a bit when I had a slice of sponge cake for afters :p, and then a curly wurly - but I'm guessing that they still must be better than sausage and chips, right?! signlol.gif

Anyway, have waffled enough.;) Welcome to all new members since I was here last, and hello to all the regulars - hope you are all doing well! :D

Queen.Bess I count cals as opposed to anything else. I do 1500 a day. That way you have a better choice of things to eat. i have lots of diet info but not sure if you are allowed to cut and paste bits on here. Only one way to find out !!!
