    Hi Gang

I know I have fallen off the face of the earth and I have fallen off the debt free and fat free wagon:eek: . I know its no excuse but there is just so much going on at the moment. I am having massive problems with BF fighting over absolutely nothing. The smallest thing is blown up into a massive row. I asked him to take his shoes off the couch the other day. That I had no problem if he wanted to put his feet up just take off his runners. I didn't see how this would be a problem, its just common manners but he blew it up into a massive row. And took it as a personal attack on him. Anyway thats pretty much how its been going over the last two weeks so I am comforting myself in chocolate.

This weekend I have a hen party. So from Monday if you forgive me I will be back on track

    xxx

    hey everyone,

i havent caught up with everyone yet, only dropped in for a quickie, lol

just to say, the 2lb i lost, then found, i have now lost again - its not much i know but now im back to feeling like im making progress.

Also making good choices - OH and i were starving in town, normally its a big fat cornish pasty, sausage roll and maybe a bag of crisps - but unstead i had a small cornish (about the size of my fist rather than the size of my head lol) and a bacon slice (not as much fat and much smaller than a sausage roll) and when i finished i was actually full!!!!!!!!!

Havent had anything to eat since and that was at 12 and we didnt have brekkie so think thats really good so far lol

Well done on the loss and the detoxing - i can never keep that up properly

Hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine

thanks Blue - you are such an amazing lady, thank you for everything you have done for me MWAH (thats a big kiss btw lol)

Want to - dont beat yourself up, its the weekend and a little bit of what you fancy does you good. Just pull your socks up for tomorrow lol

Giving up smoking has made me so philisophical - its been over 3 months since i bought cigarettes and in that time ive smoked 4 cigarettes in total

Now if i had said im never having a cigarette ever again then i would have failed miserably within a week.

You wanted a chip butty and had one, just think i bet a few weeks ago you would have had 3 biccy's instead of 2, or maybe you would have had 2 pieces of bread instead of 1. Blue is teaching me that its all about the little steps

I'm writing this bit really small, but its hard for me to be honest about food, ive a history of sneak eating since i was a small child and after 25 years its hard to break, but coming on here and being honest about what im eating and putting on or loosing its making me see that

Im like the girl with the curl, when im good im very, very good, when im bad im evil lol
  • O in that case i should be going to the moon

ONE STEP FOR MAN & ALL THAT:D :D
