Hi everyone!
I've been a fan of this website for a while now but have only been brace enough to post a response today! I can totally sympathise with the theme of this thread and until recently I used to get really fustrated at how much diet clubs cost me- therefore screwing my finances up!(i.e £5/ week doesn't sound a lot, but then on top of all the magazines, petrol to get there and different/more expensive food you need to buy I realised I was spending a small fortune). I then got quite down thinking that I couldn't save money and lose weight, and that I would have to choose. This changed a few weeks ago for me however when I had a LBM! I realised that in fact the two were totally linked, and to solve both I needed to have a far 'healthier' approach to life in general. Since then I have ditched expensive groups and gym membership and have taken up healthy eating, home cooking (rather than ready made diet meals) and running whilst taking the dog out. All in all has helped me to lose weight, feel better and save nearly £100 month on all my previous outgoings!
Hope this helps people!
