Got a funny feeling by tuesday when I weigh myself I will have gained weight, had a pizza supper for my tea tonight and 2 chocolate bars
But I have also been put on a course of steroid tablets to try and control my asthma as I have been struggling for a week or so now
I will however be back on track next week
Only 2 Months to go until I'm Debt free!£2 savers club ~ have lost count!!Loose change challenge ~ £129 banked 20/10/08 don't know what is in the jar!Proud to be dealing with my Debt0 -
Weighed in this morning, stayed the same but I'm fine with that. no probs. i dint get my head around last weeks challenges, so i am keeping them the same for a few weeks. £2 tin is on going of course.
puzzled way to go my girlspot on. Now your telling everyone :j AND fab you have packed up
too. Wow you are doing brill sorting debt, weight and smoking. wooooo hoooo.
NeverEverAgain you can do lots of damage limitation before Tuesday. Steroids are funny things to deal with. Do your best at any given time, thats all you can do. live in the moment, not yesterday or tomorrow, just today.
Wanttobeasaver I love your handle, I'm with puzzled on this one. Money burns a hole in my pocket. Well done you got back on track. You did not think to H*ll and went berserk. So thats a good thing. Travel all over the country, WOW I love driving. If you are ever in my neck of the woods be sure to pop in, well have a coffee and a cream cake (but don't tell the other's I said cream cake, i will deny it strongly).
and to update on myself, Ive had a good week all in all. i told you i requested my CA to give me some bargaining power, well i think i got the power, no CA and they returned my £1 to me. I am going to post it on WBS board in the morning, as I think they are trying to bombard me with legal jargon and i haven't got a clue.
i was very tempted to get a load to pay off my debts, but i have decided not too.
1. I would only be able to get an adverse credit load, which will cost me a bomb
2. I need to work through this mess and teach myself why being in debt is not a good thing. i feel if I get a loan and just have one payment to make, it will not teach me anything. i wont have struggled and learned anything. I am sure if I can pull this off it will help me with my eating issues too.
Thankyou all. Without yous i could not have come this far. Too talk too people about my most in fears is wonderful and everyone of you know because you are there or have been there.
back on nights for me tonight

Ive not managed a no spend day yet this month, but ive managed a no bad snack day, so far today ive consumed the following;
2 slices of toast
Cheese sandwich and half a sausage roll
Oven cooked Fish and Chips
Ive drank a few glasses of squash and one cup of tea (i tend not to drink tea at home but was craving something sweet and thought a cup of tea would sort me out, lucily it did!!
Im thinking i might have a piece of fruit in a min, but overall a good day.
and i bought a lush handbag on sale in Debenhams (was £7.50 in sale down from £25)
Hope everyone has had a nice relaxing sunday

Hi all
Its been a very mixed day today. On the plus side, I did 11hrs at my second job and the money will be very useful...
But on the minus side, we succumbed to ordering a takeaway pizza this evening for dinner (bad, bad, bad!!!). We did order a smaller size than usual
, and I only ate half of what I would usually eat , but I still feel bad because we had plenty of food in the fridge/freezer/cupboard and were just being lazy.
It was lovely, though...!
Hope you've all had a good Sunday!

Hello everyone,
Can I join please?
I am in debt and verrrry over weight (over 10 stones to lose). I'm in a bit of reflective mood today and want to make some real but small changes so I can see some difference in my clothes and on the scales.
I'd like to be able to post what I'm eating, I suppose like a food diary but also get the support that I see you're giving each other.
I haven't read all the posts yet, I've literally just rolled out of bed...going to have brekkie and go to work (I start at 12 on Mondays). So if there are any challenges or anything I should know, could someone bring me up to speed?
I'll be checking back in around 11.30ish
Thanks guys0 -

You'll be allright bluejeans, just try and use up what you have in the house food wise, see if there are any money jars or anything you can empty to put petrol in the car. Just try and not use any cc's meantime. Not been around this weekend because of visitors and our poorly relative. He was meant to go back with uncle and auntie but the family have decided it isn't for the best. They are away to the docs with him this morning. It's very stressful to have somwone like that around, my uncle is devastated that he can't take him, but he has a little boy, so would not be good for him. Here's a wee :grouphug: for you.

Welcome to you Tesscha,
Bluejeans should be along soon to give your official welcome. I would just read through all the posts and come up with a plan that suits you. Some of the girls are setting aside 1.00 for every pound lost, others just post their daily eats on here. They are also getting any debt problems off their chests. Look forward to your posts.
