Good morning everyone, HELLO!! Where is everyone?
Well to keep me on the straight and narrow, here's what I ate yesterday - and it was a disasterbut I won't let that deter me.
Breakfast
2 Slices - wholemeal bread
2 and a half banana pancakes (with.......syrup!!)
Cup of tea
Lunch
Bagel with 2 slices of salami
Lightly salted kettle crisps dipped in houmus
Strawberry Muller yoghurt
Water
Lots of water throughout the day
Dinner
Small portion of chips
Peanut Kitkat chunky (my weakness!!)
Water
Not good I know and I had the chips after 10pm last night which was quite silly really as I could have had a cup of tea instead.
No exercise but done some stretching and only spent 36p yesteday on the bagel.0 -
Hiya,
It's not so bad a menu, not the best, but not the worst either. At least you didn't spend much yesterday, that's something.
Hope you have a good day today:j .

Hiya everyone. how are you all doing. i am glad to report that I have had a very good day. I am "on a roll" as my DD would put it. I have been sorting out all sorts of stuff, doing paper work, filing, checking cupboards, looking for money saving and household tips on the net. Telling OH "In future we are doing and not doing this and that. He said " what are you on" lol I replied. Economizing cos we have no money" he said "what none at all" i said " no we do have £13" he said "my god" i said "if you would like me to bring all the papers down and all the bills and stuff and got through it all with me, I will" he said "NO ITS OK, I HAVE TRUSTED YOU FOR 20 YR, I HAVE NO DOUBT YOU WILL SORT IT" Now at this point I don't know if I was happy or boiling mad.
Happy he knew and that i didn't have the job to do of telling where the money had gone and he is very easy going and will just go along with whatever plans i make.
Or boiling mad cos he wasn't offering to help me sort it . Mind you he is U.S. at sorting stuff ( or he pretends to be ???) but an offer, even for me to refuse would have been nice.
Not sure how i feel about that.
But defiantly feeling better than yesterday. On the eating front. i have been so busy, forgot to have dinner. Tea is mince and dumplings (no dumpling for me) and pots, carrots, cauli, peas and turnip from my allotment.

Hi everyone,
and welcome Tesscha!
Last few days have not been great on the eating front, but not too badI seem to have to start again avery other day
Generally trying to keep busy to stop me siting and eating!
The plan is to put my energy (what energy!) into this pigsty of a house and hopefully that will stop me eating and use up calories too.
Don't think the hour I spent shredding papers used many up though.
Did list some "fat lass" clothes on ebay last night:o
I tend to buy, mainly from charity shops, anything I think is big enough to fit so consequently have loads of things I never wear. If ..sorry when.. I loose weight I still have loads that will fit & will be able to sell more!
Bluejeans.. I know what you mean about OH .. you'll get there!
wantobe - your menu was not too bad & all that walking:j
Be good peeps

Hi Tesscha! Welcome onboard!:T
I've been visiting my family in London since fri eve and it's been a terrible four days money and foodwise! I always stay with my brother and the first thing I do is check out the cupboards and cookie jar, then its a trip to the corner shop to buy overpriced ice cream and from there I eat everything in sight!!
My other brother was also visiting with his two little kids and my sister had told him we would buy everything his kids needed so it was a very expensive weekend, esp as I paid for my sister to travel to Scotland to help with the kids on their journey to London and to take them back up there again on Thurs. But seeing my little nephew trying to walk was worth the money! :j
The weeks seem to be flying by but I'm not losing any weight, I'm really struggling to get my head in gear! I think I'm going to have to go back to SW, even if it is £5 I can't really afford.

Hi everyone! Welcome to newcomers Tesscha and Catrina, I hope you find inspiration within the pages of MSE!
Hi bluejeans, glad to hear you're feeling better and dealing with the challenge of £13 for a fortnight OK!
Well it's confession time for me again - all I seem to do on this thread at the moment! After a pretty horrendous weekend - up at the MIL's so plenty of food and chocolate available! Thankfully we came away with not too much on Sunday, so there isn't much carp in the cupboards at home at the moment!
However, as we are moving offices this week, in order to cheer us up we keep getting cakes in! Today it was a pink iced doughnut finger, which appeared to literally ooze fat and calories! Oh well! It's weigh in time tomorrow evening, so I shall see what the damage is!
Keep up the good work everyone and let's see how much we can lose collectively in August! What do you think blue? Get a list on here on 1st Sept for people to contribute to - if they want to of course?!Official DFW Nerd Club #20  Proud To Be Dealing With My DebtsDFW Long Hauler #109
