Hi all
Have had a good day today…
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with skimmed milk
Lunch: 2 ham rolls (with a little bit of butter and mustard)
Snack: WW blueberry bar
Dinner: Cold roast chicken, couscous with roasted courgettes, peppers & chickpeas, and a big green salad, followed by one of the little pieces of Gu carrot cake (well, I said it was good...not perfect!!)
Also walked home from work – didn’t really want to because it was so hot, but made myself because I need to rectify this weekend’s overindulgences!!
On the downside(?), my lovely boss bought me a box of Swiss chocolates today
– I work for such a lovely guy (who has no idea that I am trying to lose weight!). Am going to be strong and try and not open them until we have visitors round (because neither Mr P or I need half a box of chocolates, but if I open them, we will eat them just “because they are there”!!
).

Have been out all night, so just on to report that I have stuck to my guns and had nothing since my dinner tonight, so I have been really good today. Will try and carry on like this tomorrow.:A

Hi all.
Can I join please?
Read about 2/3 of thread and love it.
replying now while still awake.
Holiday in 6 weeks so 14lbs by then would be great!
I've always figured being slimmer will be cheaper in the long run, I'd use so much less sun cream for a start!
Tend not to spend unnecessarily through the week - thanks to Cafcgirl & a previous challenge - but the chocolate & other badies somehow fall into the trolley during the weekly shop
Starting this challenge from now!!
Hardest bit will be cutting down on the booze  and trying to exercise.. even a little!!
But, less booze, more ££££'s & less llbs!!
Hope you'll all have me in your gang
Pip
PS bluejeans
I'm from Co. Durham too!!0 -
hi pippo,
The more the merrier, I think bluejean's light is on so she might chat to you tonight, she's a night shift worker, but on holiday this week.
I'm away to bed now,
See you later,
SL xx
PS, her light has went out now, I just checked again,
night night xx0
