    Hi Girls,

I'm not doing too well with the diet for the last few days now. Have just eaten 2 bags of crisps and had one of those wee bottles of wine to myself. I don't really drink so that's more than enough to get me smashed. I think I'm going to go shopping tomorrow and get healthy stuff in for all week, I had a cooked dinner tonight, so that's something I suppose.

Might make chilli tomorrow, I've got some mince in the freezer, so I'll stagger downstairs and take that out, it should be okay in the morning for cooking. If I do a menu plan then I might not eat as much crap next week. I'm going to weigh myself on Monday morning and take it from there, no more messing around!!

I finished an online application off today and will have a look at my CV tomorrow, I ran out of time today.

I really do feel tipsy now, I'm such a lightweight when it comes to drinking, I gave up about 12 years ago because I used to get really ill with it. 1 glass of something and I'm anybody's. :rotfl:

Sunday tomorrow, I love that because I get my breakfast at mums, full fry up I'm afraid, sausages, bacon, black pudding, tomatoes, mushrooms, potato scones, egg, not very slimming but it is my favourite meal ever. It's the best!!

    Hi all!

I know its the middle of the night, but we have had Mr P's parents here all day and they have just gone up to bed, and I've been dying to log on here all evening to see how you're all doing, so couldn't resist coming on now before I go up to bed - particularly as I probably won't get on again until they have gone home tomorrow evening!

Puzzled - sorry to hear you are not having such a great time at the moment...remember we are here for you if you need us. foryou.gif

SkintLynne: your mum's breakfast sounds fab...!! yum.gif

Foodwise, today has been a write off for me. I was good at lunchtime but I've eaten (and drunk!) far too much this evening, so am going to write it off and start afresh tomorrow (and try and claw back as much as possible for the rest of this week...guess that's me going everywhere on foot again then!walk.gif).

Spendswise, it was a bad day because we ended up having to buy a new washer/dryer (we finally admitted defeat with the old one - Mr P had mended it several times in the last few weeks, but it really wasn't budging this time). So we are several hundred pounds poorer but will have a new washer/dryer delivered on Tuesday afternoon and normal service will be resumed! people566.gif

Hope you all have a good day tomorrow - I'll "speak" to you again tomorrow night...hopefully a bit earlier than this! :p

p.s. Puzzled, I meant to say - don't beat yourself up. I have had a lot of bad days but I don't feel that I can't come here and tell people about it. It's actually a bit therapeutic to just admit to eating/spending badly and then I can deal with it and learn from it. Anyway, hope you find it useful to post here no matter how well/badly you're doing.

    Hugs grouphug3.gif

    (I love that)

She's not as hospitable as that wee woman, I had a look on you tube cause I knew it was a really old programme. Pottering about offering tea, she does not!! We are lucky to get our dinner off of her!! I'm going to have a bath just now and then I'll go and see if there is anything on offer (there better be, I'm starving).

    Hi All,
Well, had my fantastic breakfast this morning and not done much else. I did hang some washing out so I will get that in shortly. It's been a beautiful day up here, hope the sun has been shining where you all are. Will check back in later.
