I was really bad last night - took a friend to pizza hut (her baby has been very poorly and she needed some adult time) but it was my treat, and we ate LOADS.

Had a salad bowl (very good you say until i tell you i had blue cheese dressing all over it) then i have 3 slices of cheesey bites peperoni pizza, then banoffee pie - i felt so sick after but still stuffed my face.

Im a bad, bad puzzled :(
  • puzzled id have been bad too if i could! I bought 2 weight watchers puddings and intended on eating both! until i got home and realised they had pork gelatine in them :( rubbish!!! Really could have done with them too as aunt flow is here today so totally craving chocolate!
  • Morning,

Will need to get stuck into work today, I've another party tonight, so I hope it is busy there.

I have just eaten 3 ginger nut biscuits along with my coffee, so I suppose that we are all being bad today, I think it's allowed sometimes...............or is it?

  • Sometimes it's allowed but It's all too easy to fall back into our naughty ways everyday! I'm not doing too bad, ate a few sweets and a fairy cake last night but my main meals are really healthy so i'm still quite pleased with myself. Not quite sticking within my sin allowance but much better than I was! and I'v really cut down on bread which i'm shocked with, I'v only have two slices in the last 5days, and and going to try to make it the rest of the week without anymore, Bread is my major weakness so I never thought I'd be able to even consider that! lol!
I had to renew my car insurance yesterday and was really pleased that I was able to cut £100 off by adding my boyfriend and then I paid most of it with this months overtime, I was dreading it coming, thinking I wouldn't be able to afford it, now I just have to be abit careful and i'll be fine. Yay!

    Hello everyone,

It's been an extremely long time since I've been on and even posted anything. I can't access the board during the daytime at work because they're spying on us....well I should be working though so I understand. Plus I'm leaving this job as I've bagged a new job - a bit more money and only 2 mins from my current work place - THANK GOD!

Weight loss is negligent as I'd put on about 5-7lbs and have lost 3lbs but it's not under control so I'm going to start jogging with my little sis every other day (I haven't started yet and I hope I do it and not just talk about it!).

Now how is everybody - I haven't read through old posts as I haven't had time, I'll try and do that soon but I've got a jam packed few weeks coming up as it's my birthday, leaving do, new job ohhhh too much - but all good!

    Hi

Noticed this thread earlier today when at work surfing in my lunch hour but cant post from there so posting now.

I totally believe that if I didn't overeat I wouldn't have the problems I have withy money as its a two fold problem:
    1) I spend more money on food than I need to and
    2) as I increase size I need to buy more clothes and shoes making me spend even more.

I have been keeping a diary of my spends since Monday and am shocked to see that since Monday I have spent £18.52 all of which bar £1.35 on newspapers has been on food, and not sensible food but things like chocolate, crisps, cake etc. It really has to stop

So I joined the Payment a Day challenge and would now like to start this one. No more food to be bought outside the weekly shop unless its an emergency eg milk or bread when I have run out.

Fortunately I have loads of clothes and shoes etc to slim into so there wont be any cost incurred that way. Wish me luck and I will see you back here tomorrow.:D
  • Hiya ladies

How is everyone now we are hitting mid week?

I'm having post holiday blues at work, no motivation or anything :( but never mind. Complicated man situation as well doesn't help things and I'm starting to panic about Xmas shopping!!

    K xx

  • Oh Kmac,

not good, just take 5 mins at your desk and remember the holiday - even if it doesnt motivate you it will give you 5 mins peace lol.

Dont worry about Christmas - can you make your present list at work?? that way you can feel like you are making progress.

Not doing too badly today, eaten what i planned but since its only 11 am its not been that difficult lol

    xx
