  • puzzled id have been bad too if i could! I bought 2 weight watchers puddings and intended on eating both! until i got home and realised they had pork gelatine in them :( rubbish!!! Really could have done with them too as aunt flow is here today so totally craving chocolate!

    Not good about the gelatine!! can you make your own by any chance? much more mse plus you get to lick the bowl after :)

    lunch at mums 2 & a half rounds of ham sandwiches....

    just afer cupppa coffee........

    for tea tonite potatoe wedges (hm) pork chop & cabbage I mite take boiled rice with mine & sweet chilli sauce?:confused:

  • Puzzled, it's natural to have an initail period of naughtiness but i think you will feel better if you get back on track, it is part of moving forward and heading towards the personal space you want to be in.

    Thanks Crazy, i know what you mean but im really trying not too be too bad, since the breakup finances are tight to say the least and im spending so much on food i dont need its silly.

    But then again, ive only put on 4lbs, and since i lost another half stone ish in the first few weeks im still a little weency bit lighter than i was at 12 st 12 now.

    My main fear is that ill just stop eating - i did it a few months back when i put some weight back on and hit 13st 9 - that really frightened me becuse i thought i was on the slippy road to being huge again and went really stupid and starved myself for a bit - but hey ho, i have you guys to kick me when i need it (last time i think Blue really was a lifesave:T )

    Hi tesscha - welcome back - ive been in hiding too but now im posting again im getting back into the swing of it. Well done on starting Joggin - let us know how you get on

    Welcome Maisie - some of the regulars will be on to say hi soon (not really a regular anymore as i come and go) but wanted to say hi, well done for working out your spending diary!! It really does show where your money goes, i know that one thing we all talk about here is doing things in moderation, maybe you could just cut down on some things and have treat days rather than stopping treats altoghether?

    I think most people on here will agree we are not necesserily looking to diet but to change habits that mean we put on (or maintain weight) so really to say you are never going to have that mars bar ever again is unrealistic, maybe having one a month or one a week even will be enough to satisfy your sweet tooth and get you through along with sensible eating on the way.

    Anyhoo, think ive written enough now lol, will give someone else a chance to get a word in :)
  • ok, sorry about that last post, i now really want a mars bar - i so should have used a carrot stick to illustrate my point, would have been much better for us all lol

Me too if it makes u feel better. i turned up at 10am to meet with the person im working for... only nobody was in.... she forgot to tell me she isn't there today! Doh! Avoid the mars bar!!! (but who am i to talk, i had a wispa to cheer me up for being in for no reason!)

    Walked 2 miles into uni today woohoo. Managed to get a load of washing done before i left too and brought clean stuff up the stairs rather than leaving it on the desk down the stairs. My kitchen has been clean for a whole 3 days now!!! Like spotless clean, its normally a tip!

    Doh, thats so annoying when people arent in when they should be, and so unfair, if you are at work so should everyone else be lol. Ive got a galexy ripple in my drawer for emergencies so i might have to open that :)

    Well done on the walk to uni! i live 3 miles away from work and walked every day last week, but this week ive been naughty and not walked once, oh well, start again next week lol

    Awwww, but its Friday and Friday is my treat day :)

    Ok, ill try - will see if i can park the car around the corner when i get home - normally if i cant see the car im happier not taking it, its when its parked outside the house i have difficulties lol
