  • and think how much better ur treat will feel when u know u have already burnt 300 of the calories up :D

Plus, isn't it a "treat" to give yourself exercise and wake yourself up for the day :) lol

115k, yeah its about that :)
  • Hi everyone, i was so bad last night, I went out for dinner and didn't think twice about ordering an unhealthy meal, including desert! whoops! but I'll be back on the wagon today, I promise! It was a lovely evening though, I'm all smiliey today!
Welcome to the new people! please stay! we need a few more people on reguarly!

Kmac, don't stress about gifts, make a list and try to stick to it, M&S have a 20% off day today including the 3for2s so you might be able to get some there? The christmas forum on here is great for ideas. I've almost finished mine but I wish I hadn't as I LOVE gift shopping!
    xx
  • has anyone ever tried food focus? Got the link of another site. Its flippen great. You type in what you ate (it has a great big list u search, to give u an idea of how good, it had my tesco yoghurt, my spinich and ricotta caneloni and wispa all listed lol) it shows u the break down of fat/protein/carbs etc how many calories you have ate, how many ypu have left for the rest of the day.
You then put in your exercise done to boost how many calories you can eat that day.
E.g. for me to ditch 2lbs a week I can only eat 1100 calories a day!!!! :o unless i exercise to earn more!

Just walked the 2 miles back from uni, so thats 4 miles total today so far :) woohoo

    Hello all

    Thanks for the welcomes.

Went in town this morning with mum, had a coffee about 1030am but no cakes. The coffee was free as I had enough on my loyalty card for a freebie (buy 9 get 1 free) so no spendies on food today even though I still had a treat :j. Lunch at home and have stuff in the house for tea so off to a good start on this challenge.

Taken chicken out for tomorrow as boyfriend comes round on a Friday and normally wants to phone for a takeaway so I am going to cook dinner so that when he gets here its all ready made, should save some pennies and weight gain!!

    See you tomorrow.
  • CC - what about trying to boost the income a little with a few mystery shops? I havent done any in a while, i really should get back out doing them!

Oh welcome maisey! Good idea re cooking dinner rather than having take away!
  • I signed up to a couple of mystery shop companies a few months ago when money was tight but haven't been offered any, I'm not sure if I'd be able to fit it in around my job though. I have been lazy and putting off selling a load of stuff on ebay so this weekend I'll make myself do that, fingers crossed that'll raise £50 or more. I will have to stop buying christmas gifts aswell, I keep buying 'bargains' that I don't need to buy, grrrr!
  • Have you checked your quidco account cc? or maybe pigs back?

Also any old survey sites you go on? i went on valued opinions the other day and found a tenner on there i had forgotton about!!!

maisie fab idea re-cooking!! my friend and i are going to my nannas for lunch on sunday and were gonna take pudding, instead of buying the expensive cake we would normally pick we are going to bake a cake instead!! Plus think of all those calories you will be burning in the hot kitchen!!

lil miss can you change your walk to uni so its longer? that might be a way of getting rid of more calories? Just a thought lol

  • oh my,

You have been busy today, is that because I wasn't on until tonight?:rotfl:
I've had a busy one buying some stock in and then was out this afternoon. Then took wee sis for a pair of shoes tonight. I'm knackered, and have been very bad re: food. So much so, that I feel a bit ill:o .

Never mind, tomorrow is another day. Welcome on Maisie, sorry I haven't been around to welcome you.

    Speak tomorrow ladies,

    night night xx
