ooooh dear - i just had 5 cookies :s so 250 cals i did NOT need. grrrrrr, i dunno why i even did it! tomorrow is supposed to be "treat day" so now im going to have to cut my treat down to feel a little better lol
  • What about buying a box of mixed chocolates and allowing 2 a day IF you have been good (ie NSD + healthy eating)?

Tesco do a box of assorted choccies for 99p and theres enough for 1 week @ 2 a day (14 choccies).

As for me ive been under a stormcloud this past month so have overeaten and piled on the stone  I was so proud to have lost, I am now devastated and hate myself. But lack the motivation to start again as all this recent debt business is just too much.

Good iea to alow yourself one bar of choc a week - gives you something to look forward to instead of complete denial (hmm - maybe that's where I'm going wrong). I wish you luck, and might follow the same idea myself. What is going to be your chocolate day?

I think I'll make my chocolate day a friday, a treat to start the weekend!

 I am an idiot!! I go to my mums for dinner when DH is away. but she had not made anything tonight, so my sisters suggested we had KFC. Guess who paid for it. And it was rotten, I am going to get some standby stuff in at the weekend so that if that happens again, I don't do something so stupid and I will have something half decent for dinner. It was £17.00, but my brother paid £4 towards his, but it was still £13.00 for a load of rubbish. Puzzled will get her revenge on me when she reads this!!! Wasting money on fast food rotten junk, tut tut Lynne!!

Tara, I cope really well with DH being away, we have been together for 12 years so I am used to his coming and goings. I don't know how I will get on when he comes and works near home, that will be a nightmare:rotfl: .

Bluejeans, I have got a website of sorts, but it's not fully operational yet, I think i would need to PM you with the details, I'm not sure if it would be frowned upon if I put it up on here, what do you think?

Icka, I've done my CV but it would be great if you would look at it. You could PM me your email address and then I can send it to you. It's the same old format I have used for years, but as it is around 6 or 7 years since I have looked for a job, so it's sure to be pants:p . I've sent it into an agency that I was registered with years ago so we'll see how it goes. Thanks very much for that, it's good to get a professional to cast the eye over such a thing!!

On a better note (after KFC gate), I had a letter from the FOS today, the credit card people have agreed to pay me back £1700 in unlawful charges and interest, so that gets rid of a fair amount of debt. :j Maybe things are looking up.

Lastly, a big welcome to all the new girls that have joined today. Will speak to you all later,
    SL xx

Bluejeans, Can you translate the heading? It means I reside in Glasgow city Miss Bluejeans. If you have sky in your house try and tune into BBC Scotland to river city, 8pm on a Tuesday night, then you'll know what we are all like when we are talking, I've been told in the past that I have a very broad accent. You guys in the North East are quite similar to us accent wise (I think so anyway). Hope you have had a good shift tonight.

Shame about the £13 alright, but the £1,700 definitely makes up for it!!! That is fantastic news, great start to your weekend.
