Dont worry about losing weight when you feel down. Get yourself a big hot mug of sweet tea and get a nice dvd. Something like love actually or there is something about mary. Something that will take your mind of it. When I have a black day I force myself to watch dumb and dumber and even on the darkest days that manages to put a smile (however small) on my face.
Please pm me if you need a chat. you need to take special care of yourself. Dont worry about the motivation Im sure Jo will share my sentiments, she is such a lady.
Ok so you can help me, intead of focusing on you. Yesterday I ate a tub of icecream well one of those little maxi twists, and I had 3 bacardi and cokes  . So bad icka, very bad.

One thing that it might be worth considering is having your bar of chocolate day in the middle of the week, so that there is something to look forward to on say Wednesday, rather than there being a chocolate desert between monday and friday.....
I have found some really good orange chocolate chip biscuits over here. So I have 3 of these a day as my chocolate fix. Bear in mind that before I was eating these, plus maybe another 10 biscuits plus crisps a day, I am proud of the improvement.
Hope you all do well over the weekend.

Today has been mixed. Ate quite a lot of chocolate (AAAARRRRGGGHHHH) but had a healthy lunch. But if only I could cut out the chocolate!!!! I am realising that it is actually giving me a headache so there is even less reason to eat it.
Here's how today's challenges have gone so far:
1. check online banking - succeeded
2. have a healthy lunch as DB is making me dinner tonight and it is sure to be calorific - and with wine!!! - succeeded
3. stay away from the shops (actually I have to return something but that will be it) - failed - bought 2 tops in New Look sale for £5 each
4. try not to eat chocolate (again) - FAILED MISERABLYGet to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Hi Girls
Yes its totally doable. I think I may need to cheat though. I got the jason Veale Juice Master books and I bought myself a juicer last year (best buy ever) I have managed to lose 8 lbs in one week on juice before.
Its so good for you. I think to do weight loss properly you really need to do a proper detox. Im going to start on Monday and completely clean out my system and the weight should fall off me. I am just not really worried as I am going to see Michael bauble tomorrow night with my OH if he comes back from golf  . So Im sure there will be drinks before. So Monday I will start juicing.
I have to lose at least 5 - 6 lbs by next Saturday my bf's 30th and I want to wear my LBD. So it will be a boot camp week next week.
I am going to swim everyday and walk and have manners:rolleyes:
So hopefully it will work. It has too. When I am on a health kick like a juice week I dont ever crave sweet things as I have pineapple slices and they are so so sweet I love them. My body does not crave crap as it is being nurished by the goodness in the juicesThread softly becuase you thread on my dreams0
