Hi All!
Weigh in day for me today! Aaargh! I've managed to put on a pound in a week. I know its my own fault as i am rubbish at eating healthily but I've been getting up at 6am most days to run for half hour before work so I'm feeling a bit hopeless and depressed today. I'm starting to find that too much knowledge is really not helpful as there are pro's and cons to eating just about anything so now I dont know what to eat and end up just grabbing whatever is around!! I've read so many books on diet and health and e numbers and additives but cant seem to make a healthy decision! Whats a girl to do??!!!'What doesnt kill me only makes me stronger'Official DFW Member #1036 - Proud to be dealing with my debtsKeep Calm and Carry On0 -

feel better soon Jo! lol and as for Liverpool, its the most depressing city I have ever lived in lol. I like to think ive visited a brave amount of the UK and honestly, this place is depressing! Half the houses are boarded up, loads of really run down dodgey areas etc etc, but yes, people do use it as a place to come and party - the mind boggles LOL
free me - it might be muscle building? I maintained for 3 bloomen weeks when i started to exercise most mornings, but i wasnt eating too badly at all. Just give it time to kick inWell done getting up so early to exercise!

FreeMe - sorry to hear about the gain
, but it will quickly go again (I put on 3lbs last week if it makes you feel any better...!!).
Stick with it and stick with us, and we'll all get there together in the end! :T:j
