• im dreading weigh day tomorrow, its been such a bad week. i dont know if i should weigh in and motivate myself with a kick up the backside seeing what a bad week does, or not to weigh in and just try and get back on track without making myself feel rubbish lol.

Not toooo bad a day today although cheese was involved lol.

Had spag bol with quorn mince and erm cheese and dinner was a large baked spud with beans and more cheese. Snack was 2 low fat tesco yogurts. Oh and I did drink some full fat milk as it was all we had left boo. Roll on tesco arriving tomorrow with my healthy stuff!! Not done much exercise today (only 100 squats) so going to have to do more squats and tummy crunches before bed tonight so i have at least done something. But hey... tomorrow is another day right :)

Hi Lil Miss - I only plucked up the courage to do my first weigh in last week after 3 months of total lazyness - I was horrified!!! I'd put on a stone in just 3 months! It was the kick I needed and now I'm trying to go for a half hour run each morning before work and eat as well as I can. I've got a points reward system running with my OH - I get a point for each run I do and a point for eating well each day. At the end of the month, depending on how many points I've earned I can have a treat! (Just working on agreeing how many points equal what treat!).
Fingers crossed! :j

• I put on half a stone in 3 weeks!!! Talk about comfort-eating! Feeling thoroughly rotten with things at the moment, and not exercising really doesn't help. But, over the past few days, I've really tried to make a conscious effort to change the little things like walking home and making sure my ipod is fully charged with disco tunes to walk home to!

It might sound silly, but an hours walking with great music is so much easier that in silence bar traffic noise! Also, been taking in my own lunch to work to have more control over what I eat and also know that I'm doing something to tackle my debts too.

Hopefully that half stone - which I'm sure is just bloating from a few weeks of eating rubbish - will disappear soon enough
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
• Gosh where is everyone today?!

There was alot to read through since I was online last wednesday, I had a lovely weekend away, not great money or food wise but I WILL get back on track, not today thou as I can't get myself in gear knowing I have a bar or Dairy Milk waiting for me at home but tomorrow I will and if I don't I want a huge kick up my hefty backside!

I'm very sorry about your friend Jo but you're reactions are completely normal!

xx
• Argghhh I'v got confused on facebook and can't figure out who someone I have just added from this thread is, ohh hang on I can check my sent pms, panic over!

I miss BF on here during the day!! bet she is having an amazing time in egypt!

Well done Lynne! if you are meant to get that job you will, but if not something much better will come along, i'm positive of that!

I've left my car at my boyfriend's so will have to walk to work for a couple of days, hope it doesn't rain!! I am completely with you Jo, I hate excersize, I know it is the only way to lose weight but still can't get myself to do much! I'm rubbish I know!
xx
