Hiya Gang. Have yous missed me ? What a weekend !!! finished my nights on Saturday morning. Then had DGD till last night. She is 11 month old now and into everything, haven't had a minute. But I'm sorted now. Its 6.30 am been up since 5.50a.m. did i tell yous i am a very bad sleeper (which is why i work nights).

Well i am going for a coffee, not feeling hungry at the moment so nothing to eat. I am free till 1am today, doing a 2pm-8pm shift at work (overtime). I have lots to tell and lots to catch up on, so i will be back, when all you normal sleepers get out of bed.

    Morning ladies!

Its a bank holiday and I've to work too  never mind... extra pennies and all that. Its bound to be quiet today since people take it as a personal holiday (its a stockbroking firm I work in so we only get public holidays if the stock markets are closed).

Did you all have a great weekend? I weighed myself for the first time in a while and I've gained 2lbs  not sure how as I've been so careful and been eating good things. Kinda knocked me back a bit, but I'm focusing on my holiday next week and how relaxed I'll be when I'm away.

Anyone fancy coming to work today in my place?!

    K xx

And a galaxy caramel icecream, a packet of skittles, star bursts x2 packet of skips. oh and 2 bottles of wine with my friend on friday night. and 2 little bottles of smirnoff ice saturday

But on a plus side good weekend love wise myself and OH spend all weekend together and only had little rows, me being drunk on friday :o . Really need to learn wine goes straight to my head, cant drink it at all. And didnt have any dinner  , and I had my period so all in all not a good combination.

Hiya Kmac I am at work today too, so we will moan together about it. I am doing a 2pm till 8pm shift. But it should be pretty stress free ?!?!. Its the time and a half pay that got me there.

As you may see I have £3 in my GWF. I have decided to put in any extra cash I earn from now on, but not overtime, that needs to go to debt payments.

I am having a all out go for it as I go on my hols in 3 weeks time. Soooooo stupid, i have known this was coming up obviously, and just let it ride (thats me forget about it and it wont be and issue) doh. So now I have to have an intensive 3 weeks. Gotta do some exercise GOD I HATE EXERCISE.

    HANG IN THERE

I'm on my usual 8:30 - 5pm today so I'm so nearly through the worst part of the day!!

I've got about £2 in my GFW and doing the same as you, just putting all must loose change in there, any overtime etc is going towards the debts.

I walked to work today, and took the stairs so thats 4 flights of stairs I have climbed. I'm sitting with my tummy muscles pulled in as well in a vain attempt to get a flat tummy!! xx

Hiya I am well impressed with your "owning up" don't know if I could have been so brave. Come closer to you screen, I need to whisper this. I had a mars bar yesterday and a bag of minstrels and 2 Yorkshire pudds on my dinner followed my rhubarb crumble custard. I'm not up to telling everyone yet, so just keep that quiet for a while, please.

love-smiley-028.gif Fab on the lovy weekend. Thats the thing about wine inst it, cant just stop at one or two glasses, we have to go overboard :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: . Too bad on the period, i don't have them soooooo pleased :j :j :j about that one thing to be happy about.

Hiya. i am walking to work too. OH at work today too, so he has the car. The wind is wild here, so depending which way its blowing itl either be blown by it or have to fight it.

MMM tummy muscles, what are they and does everyone have them ? need to look into that one. I am "thinking" of swimming as its the easiest excises i can think of, mind you i have had "Tara" out for a few walks too.
