is it actually a bank holiday in england lynne or is that a joke lol? cause i never know these things.
Not got a huge amount planned today - going to go for a walk and have set myself the target of 1 hour, going to bring the pram too and no doubt stop at the park for a little swing and slide for madam.
need to do quite a bit of cleaning in the kitchen (boooooooooooooooo) and hoover the livingroom again.
yesterday was "treat day" so had a home made pizza topped with beans and veggie sausage and cheese yuuuuummmmmy also had a magnum ice-cream and 11 ferero roche lol. Ah well, it wont do too much harm as long as i stay good between now and weigh day(at least i hope not lol)

Hi Emmy,
No it's not a joke, it really is a bank holiday. The only reason I know is that our banks are closed:mad:  on Monday. They also tell you on TV all the time, and we have to go to work here!! Not fair!!

:hello: everyone! I hope you're all having a good day. I'm making a home made curry for tea, but making it low fat :j so I've had:
breakfast - wheetabix with a banana
lunch - turkey salad sandwich
tea- chicken curry
so I'm pleased with that for todayI've been at work 8 hours so I've been rushing around, so that's my exercise!

puzzled - i guess writing it down will really help u see where your downfalls are. Prob something I would benefit from, but i think i know mine already... sugar lol... even though i feel like crap after ive had it.
slowlyfading - well done on doing a low fat curry
I did a good 45 min walk today but i have also purchased ferero roche today again *doh* so i know ill end up eating them and undoing all the good work the walking did! Still need to do my squats and tummy crunches for today as i haven't done any yet0 -
Went to the supermarket tonight and got a few things I needed to make HM soup. I've not cooked anything for ages as I eat at my mums when DH is away. I've been eating a lot of rubbish so time to try and get back on track.
I had a HM thai red curry tonight, pork for a change. It was gorgeous. I'm really annoyed with myself, I've left my mobile in the shop, I feel as if I've lost a limb or something.:rotfl: I'll need to go and get it in the morning.
I'll get it before I go for breakfast, Sunday has come round again.:j

Yes the breakfast was fantastic as usual Emmy. Then went with my dad into town, he was looking at a job he is starting tomorrow (in the building trade), then went to a butchers in town, my mum wanted us to pick up some ham ribs for her. I made my soup this morning, ham and lentil. Used a ham hough to make it, vegetable stock cubes, carrots, onions, potatoes, lentils, green beans and carrot juice. Just boil and let it simmer for about an hour. It is gorgeous and very healthy despite the ham in it. I love soup and can make countless different varieties, it's dead easy, chop the ingredients, chuck it in a pan and let it simmer. Leave it chunky or liquidise, whatever you want to do. simple.
That's me got some lunches sorted for the week. I've got a telephone interview for the welfare officers job tomorrow, so will need to look at the website indepth tonight.
Catch you later,
SL x0
