Last week I had a holiday from being an MSE-er. I shopped in M & S's food hall and bought some ready meals. (I'm not daft, I bought the ones that were on offer at half price). I had friends over and bought a takeaway to avoid cooking and I bought 2 new tops in the sales. (decluttered many old ones). I'm back to the old MSE routine but I did enjoy the break.

Poppyoscar, maybe you should just sit down and have a glass of wine and a bit of chill time-the flat pack will wait til tomorrow
I on the other hand think I might go back to bed I' have had a miserable day and have cried on and off for most of it-feeling really teary again now and I have the mother of all headaches and have had since lunchtime.
So I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their weekend
Thanks to you lovely people who have sent kind messages to me they were lovely-thank you so much.

I haven't had much time on here today - we had unexpected guests who stayed quite a while but had arranged dinner elsewhere and they sat in the kitchen so stopped me getting on with ours! Anyway, eventually, we had risotto in the Remoska and it was lovely but the recipe was not enough and left DH looking for more; I'll have to double the quantities next time.

(((Hugs)) to you Tattycath - hope you have a better day tomorrow.

RedRuby - good luck to DH for his test! You'll enjoy being driven around for a change, won't you?

Beth - how are your brothers?

Oh, well, might have a glass or two of wine to help me sleep - have had trouble staying asleep for the last few nights and now it's showing!

Hope everyone has a great evening.
