aah right.......I was thinking of doing a thin base on my pizza stone and then making some garlic butter and dotting it all over the dough, which is what made me think it might make it go soggy as the butter melted.

that's what I was thinking......right......once the kitchen floor is dry (dropped some turkish delight mix on the floor yesterday - result, one very sticky floor! :rotfl: ) I'll pull the breadmaker out and have a look on the recipe index for a recipe.

I can't find my recipe book that came with my panasonic BM ... does anyone have the recipe for pizza dough, please. I've seen a few on here, but none specific to the panasonic.

Here 'tis!
1/2tsp yeast
300g strong flour
1/2tsp sugar
15g butter
1Tbsp milk powder
1tsp salt
210ml water

This is the recipe I have in my Panasonic Book:
1/2tsp Yeast
300g Strong White Flour
1tbsp Olive Oil
1tsp Salt
170ml Water
Says to shape out and leave to prove for 10-15 minutes, add topping and bake for 15-20 minutes....Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

I take mine out of BM then roll out to pizza pan size. I cover with about 1 or 2 tsp of olive oil and leave to prove undr a tea towel for about 15 mins. Then i add topping and cook......yum yum0

hi,
i made a big batch of pizza dough in the bm on wed, it went into the fridge and i hve got it out this morning to make pizza for my friend dd's part this pm.
do you think the dough will be ok or have i left it too long,
