hmmm usually I put either crushed garlic or garlic granuales in when I make the dough if that helps. Usually with a little chopped parsley.

  • aah right.......I was thinking of doing a thin base on my pizza stone and then making some garlic butter and dotting it all over the dough, which is what made me think it might make it go soggy as the butter melted.

  • I'd cook it a bit first then add the garlic butter to finish it off.
  • that's what I was thinking......right......once the kitchen floor is dry (dropped some turkish delight mix on the floor yesterday - result, one very sticky floor! :rotfl: ) I'll pull the breadmaker out and have a look on the recipe index for a recipe. :D

This is the recipe I have in my Panasonic Book:

    1/2tsp Yeast
    300g Strong White Flour
    1tbsp Olive Oil
    1tsp Salt
    170ml Water

Says to shape out and leave to prove for 10-15 minutes, add topping and bake for 15-20 minutes....
