Just a quick one;) What a shame the 3-day weekend has finished.... I don't feel like I've achieved much though....but going to write down what I HAVE done, so maybe it'll not look too bad;)
    I have.....
    • dusted girls room, my room (took ages), tidied both rooms - moving a few bits about, much nicer.
    • Helped DD1 make a paper mache vase - still a work in progress tho:p
    • Cleared out my wardbrobe - packed jumpers, winter trousers up attic
    • Cleared hallway coat hooks of all coats - all up attic too
    • Cooked a roast today (DD2 got to make her stuffing!), I even did HM yorkshires.
    • Washed all of our bedding
    • 3 loads of clothes washing
    • 3 hours of ironing yesterday
    • listed stuff on ebay - have 17 on now
    • Sold one book on Amazon and a BIN dvd on ebay - all wrapped ready to post tomorrow
    • meal planned, wrote list and did shopping on Sunday afternoon
    • mopped kitchen floor....Saturday and today....what a mess...don't ever have black tiles:p
    • Hoovered lounge....twice...kids make a mess don't they?:rotfl:
    • Did my own DIY highlights (girls had a few in too;)) - that took us ages tonight!
    • Bought our compost, plants, seeds...just didn't get to plant yet as it rained today....after school one day hopefully.
Ok....maybe I haven't been as lazy as I thought;) I do feel very tired today, jelly legs...so been on a bit of a go-slow, but that's going to happen right now, til the Crohn's all settled.

Oh and one last thing I have done........FINSHED THE NVQ PORTFOLIO!!!
3 lever arch folders, all units in order, contents, introduction section filled in.....neat little laminated cover labels....I'm soooooo pleased it's all done!! Onwards to the degree in Sept - just desperate to hear if I've got a place now - someone else at work doing it, she applied before and has heard she's ok to do it....fingers crossed I hear soon. Impatient, moi?!:rotfl::rotfl:

Ok, off to bed now...back to work I go tomorrow.

I soooo need to sort this house out as has got mega messy again!

HUGE well done on finishing the portfolio too :)

Milly you seem to be on a roll at the moment, good for you after being so ill.

You and Benben are royally putting me to shame at the moment :o must try harder

Paying for the holiday that way is definately something to be proud of and I hope you enjoy it all the more for knowing there is no pressure when you get back to start paying it as you did all the hard work before hand :T:A

Awwwwwww thank you for the lovely comments:o To be honest I don't feel like I've done that much recently....I constantly feel like I should be doing more - I do think the steroids mke me slightly manic and my mind just won't relax, so I'm always thinking of things to do - but my body tres to tell me to slow down;)

Been busy since we got in from school - helped DD1 with her paper mache vase....more layers on, what a job it's turning out to be! Cooked girls dinner - spag bol, and there's plenty left so I'll have a bit soon. I got DD2 out in the garden and planted some sunflowers, maybe tomorrow we'll get the tubs done:rolleyes:

I've had a tidy up, swept kitchen floor and listed 2 more bits on ebay. I posted 2 parcels today - one ebay DVD, profit almost £5 and one book sold on Amazon, that cost £4.40 to send, so I made about £3 profit....better than nothing though:p

Had 2 payments from Pinec**e surveys, £6 extra into Paypal - pleased with that:p Also managed to complete an Ips*s survey, but not sure how many points it was worth. Checked my points there and had anough to redemm for a voucher - but I can't decide whether to have £10 Amazon,. Boots, Argos or WHS!! Think Amazon's my 1st choice, but I already have £20 in vouchers there ready to spend.....I'll have a think!!

    Oh...and had an NSD today:D
    Off to eat now....

Just sold a buy-it-now on ebay....I'd priced it a bit higher than I expected to sell, giving the 'best offer' option...but this chap paid the full BIN price...I'm very pleased! Another £8 off the holiday;)

  • Amazon vouchers might come in handy for any books you might need for your uni course?

Ah-ha....brilliant:D;) Thank you!! I do prefer Amazon vouchers....no point in getting WHS and Amazon same stuff but cheaper...Boots was a possibility, but that's a really good reason for Amazon...thanks KM;)
