Not much to report today - but have had an NSD. Forgot to go post my ebay parcels so will have to do them 1st class tomorrow.
Cut the grass in the back garden tonight, am worn out now;) Just off to cook dinner before G is back from Cheerleading at 6.30. Pasta bake tonight, with leftover chicken fromt he freezer...yummy dinner:pI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
You're doing well on the NSD's wish I could say the same!!! I spent £100 on nursery fees today and £5 in Asda

3 items ended on ebay tonight - making me £3.20:oHmmmmmm!!!
But, I did nip to tesco after school for a few bits and was pleased I did - I got some beef mince reduced from £3 to 75p and a big lump of beef from £6.70 to £1.60:j There's Sunday dinner sorted....absolute bargain, I never find reduced items like that so was sooo pleased when I did;):D
NOthing much else....I'm calling today an NSD as I only bought groceries (was looking at a book to buy but resisted;)).I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

My best one was on Christmas Eve though - turkey breast wrapped in parma ham...less than £2.50. The cheesecake I bought for Christmas Dinner pudding cost more than the main course that year!0 -

I'll definitely be nipping to T's more often in the evenings now....tis only a 10min drive and definitely worth it if I can pick up meat so cheap;) I think I'll try work it now so my weekly shop is on an evening, rather than wasting time going on a weekend, when half the stuff is out of stock (no decent potatoes this weekend)

I always check out the reduced sections - just seems to be pot luck, I've been in at all different times and have had bargains at different times too! Though I would say on average evenings are prob best! You got some cracking bits there though - nice one!0

That's us all fed....spag bol leftovers from freezer, but rather nice:p
Posted 2 ebay parcels at lunchtime - will probably have more to send tomorrow, a few of my items end tonight. Hopeful about 2 of them as they have 9 watchers each;)
I have £10 exactly in one scratchy account so tomorrow will be able to withdraw...hooray, £10 more to the holiday fund:D
After school today we drove to the big New Look and G spent some of her birthday vouchers. I also bought a sweatshirt for myself and used a £10 High St voucher i got given....so only needed to add £2 of my own money;) I also returned some shoes and jeans of G's that we bought a few weeks ago, exchanged shoes for some for E, so had £14 back on my card....then went to Next and returned a top I'd just had hanging looking at me for the last few weeks....so another £14 back in the bank!
In Boots I bought an eyeliner as mine nearly gone - was £4.88 and paid with points:beer:
So really I'm £26 better off after my shopping trip and we have a huge bag of goodies! G spent £47 on lots of stuff....and some very fluorescent socksStill, tis her money;)
£6 on Groceries - loads of M+S crispbakes that are 4 for £3, sio stocked up - I eat them when girls are with their dad, nice and easy to cook:D
So really I *could* call today an NSD....hmmmmmmmmm not sure as I used £2 of my money on the sweatshirt! But then again, £28 refunded onto my card......oh I don't know
Off for a coffee an quick hoover of the lounge.I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

Hi there...and welcome to my diary;) Thanks for posting that link, but I can't get it to work....goes to the site but no offer thereI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
NSD today:beer:
Not much else happening....withdrew £10 from Bingo scratchy site and £38 moved from Paypal to current account - so that's £48 on it's way...I think I only need to put £20 in savings and holiday money is all there!:T
Girls are out at cheerleading, dinner is on - just sausage pasta bake. I'm going to treat girls to an indian on Saturday, we're not doing anything all weekend and we've not tried out the new takeaway that arrived in our village a while ago. Will go for another NSD tomorrow to make me feel better about spending on a takeaway:o I just feel I'm always saying to them about saving money....we don't go out much:rolleyes:
I must get more bits on ebay - last night 2 items sold, one for £5 and the other for £2.40. I have a few bits still left but hardly any watchers, so not holding my breath for much money there;)
Must go and get the pasta in the oven and hoover the place.I really need to sort out a new signature!0
