Are you taking your meds Milly. I know when I feel better I tend to stop taking the Sulphalazine (Salasopyrin sp?)..........but then have another flare up. So make sure you keep taking the tabs - even though you may feel OK.
Big hugs. Try and get lots of rest.

Hmmmm....no I forget to take them too:o I have azathioprine which I do take, as well as Mesalazine - is that similar to Sulphalazine? They're the ones I really never take....and the ones that reduce inflammation i think, so I should be taking them;) (My mum would go mad if she knew how useless I can be at taking them!) And it's hard, if I get a day when I feel fine I start rushing about again - like yesterday. I felt great so did housework, went to town, cooked a roast, did the ironing etc - then felt knackered at work today:o
Oh well....just have to live with it I guess:rolleyes: Off to bed soon, I love early nights:pI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Awwwwwww thank you all for showing your faces;)
It's good to know you're all out there reading my booooring ramblings....;) It's very cold here tonight so to save having the heating on, I'm off to bed! Very MSE of me....;)

Well, I don't count groceries as a spend - you're the same FF I think? I account for £200 a month in groceriesso as long as I spend within that budget then I don't count it as a spend. So, I have had 3 NSDs so far as I only bought bread, milk and fruit yesterday, nothing at all today and only ebay parcels on mon (buyer already paid for them;) ).
It's quite easy for me to have NSDs really - working in school means there's nothing to buy, I take my lunch in and coffee/tea is free. After school i just drive straight home!
Had youngest DD's parent's eve today, she's nearly 10. Glowing report, she's fab, so keen and into everything she does, I'm very proud of her:D
I've just fed them both, I'm not hungry so will have some toast later on. Rather annoying cramps coming and going so eating doesn't appeal much!
I've finally done my personal statement for my UCAS form - at last:j I think it's ok - going to take it in to school tomorrow for the teacher I work with to read through. I've read it so many times now, I've had enough of it;)
My Quidco money of £38 and £4 from Amzon hit my account today, so swiftly stuck that in my savings account. I owe £300 of my holiday in a couple of weeks and I aimed to make that money thro' ebay etc - I've already paid £500 into savings since Jan, so really pleased with that....only another £500 to pay of the whole holiday by May. Still got £38 in my bank and Tax Credits of £143 go in tomorrow so will be able to save some of that....all good:p
Ok, off to have one last look at my personal statement:rotfl:I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
I don't count groceries or Going Out as spend days as I have separate accounts for these and as long as I don't go over budget it's not a spend day. Got my first NSD today, so just about to pop onto the thread and declare it!0

Used £1300 from my Virgin 0% cheque to pay off some of the Lloyds loan - will update sig when I have the current balance figure from Lloyds and new amount I owe Virgin.
NSD no.4 today - straight home from wrk, despite DD2 wanting a doughnut from the bakery - bit mean of me as I said she could have one yesterday for her fab parent's evening!! Tomorrow though, I will treat her - we're off school, joys of Inset days;)
Off for dinner now, nothing else to report:DI really need to sort out a new signature!0
