I've now listed 3 DS games and 1 wii game on ebay/Amazon for E and a Kym Ryder exercise dvd of mine, that I probably never did and definitely never will!! (I think I hope that just buying them will help me get fit;) )

So, pleased I've done the games for her, all buy-it-nows so hopefully will make her some pocket money quickly.

Haven't done the meal plan yet - think I'll go sit in the lounge and do that:D

next week's meal plan is all done - and shopping list written. Don't need as much as I expected, finding it great using a meal plan, if I didn't I'd have trotted off to T's tomorrow and bought tons. As it is I can use lots of bits from freezer and still not need to buy too much.

Juts having some M+S crispbakes from the freezer for my tea, with spaghetti hoops;) Yum...!! Not much on tv so will probably end up mooching about on pc all evening:D

Luckily it's not £170 a month - it's just landed so they're all due at same time. Both of them do gym club that costs £80 for the course, which will run til Easter now. E does guitar lessons, again a 10week course for £40 so til Easter. She also does Brownies, £20 which is for 2 terms so will next be due after Easter and both go to cheerleading which is £35 I think for this half term, not cheap but they are lucky and go to 2 groups a week as they are the ones that get thrown around and get extra practise for nothing.

It is a lot I know, but they love them all and I don't want to discourage the sportiness bit. E loves the guitar lessons, she's getting good now so a shame to stop. Their dear father used to go halves with me but right now it's like getting blood out of a stone:mad: I have only had £100 maintenance since he lost his job in Aug...it's hopeless. I know the clubs are a lot, but I can afford it, just, even tho I'd rather have the money!! E will leave Brownies in the summer as she'll be 10 then, I won't encourage her to go to guides:eek:

  • Milly if ex thought you were going to cut down or stop the clubs would he then put his hand in his pocket? Maybe he just knows you are reliable and will make sure the girls have everything so he lets you? Is he ashamed when he says he can't give you any money?

Ashamed??!! I don't think so!! He gave me £20 today - mind you he owes me £27 for a ds game I bought him to give eldest for Xmas, when I gave it to him on Xmas eve so he could give it to her he said he had no money!!
He says he's goin to give me some more tomorrow as his mum helping him out....*sigh* at age 36 you'd think he wouldn't need mum....;) He's moving out of the expensive flat he shares with girlfriend as they can't afford it....funny, I could have told him that when they moved in they couldn't keep it up:rolleyes:

Funny how things work out though....I'm all settled, with a little spare money each month, a lovely home, job etc etc...oh and 2 fab kids....but he got himself into this;) ;)
