Hope you managed to get yourself up this morning! And E & G! My Em's has a Teacher's Training Day today so I have today off with her and am back to work tomorrow tooI have absolutely LOVED just waking up and getting up when I wanted with noooo alarms! And know that I am gonna find it very, very difficult tomorrow. I am on a training course in town too until Thursday so will probably be getting the train is or bus as noooo way I am driving as will be insane!
Sounds like you have had a fab holiday. Emily has actually been alright for the last few days but then started getting rather hyped up...you just can't win! But rather she be on one than moody!
Went up to bed last night and she had left me a note on the stairs informing me her mobile is bust and she has no idea how! Seems like she has locked the sim card, great! Silly begger...but another good reason for her not to get a lovely new phone like she keeps on harping on about!!! I should be able to sort it though hopefully but won't be letting her know that just yet!
Well done on getting so organised already! I keep meaning to do things but am having great problems motivating myselfWill get there in the end though!
Righteo, off to make brekkie. Must make sure I get everything ready later for tomorrow so the wake up call goes as smoothly as possible! Take care xxx
Urghhhhhh I just typed out a big reply and it's disappeared:mad:
We had a good day back...the girls got up ok actually, luckily they weren't too late going to sleep last night (well em at 9.30ish, g 10.30 isn't bad!!) And I was even up by 7, not even too tired;)
Nice to be back at work actually, back to normal again.
I'm finding it hard to keep up the motivation too recently - I was full of it at the start of the hols - thank goodness I was I got most of my stuff sorted then, ready for Jan. I've just been tired this last week and find it hard to be bothered! But a browse on here and look thro my many notebooks of budgets/lists/meal\plans etc usually gets me hoing again....lord i need to get a life:p
G's actually been really nice over the hols - not on pc too much and not grumpy....wondering if it's as she's not been with her mates...hmmm we'll see what happens after she's been back at school with some of the little attitude-filled darlings !!
Right, off I go to make a cuppa then do some dinner, just nice easy pasta tonight, I'm tired after a day filled with 5-7yr olds!!
Bye for now, xxxI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

Sold an old PS2 game on Amazon this morning so will make just over £8 after fees and postage...that's my summer sizzler challenge moving a little more!! All I've got so far is the £1-something interest on my current account that I moved into savings:rotfl:I really need to sort out a new signature!0

NSD no.3 today and 10p on daily scratchcard...on £3.80 now which is nice!;)I really need to sort out a new signature!0

Not much to report - NSD no.4 and 10p on daily scratchcard. Also been to dentist and had tooth sorted that part of filling had disappeared from - that was DFW as I have TC exemption cert so was free:p
About to make dinner - sausages, mash, yorkshires, carrots and onion gravy mmmm nice winter food. Will need to buy bread I think tomorrow, or might dig some rolls out the freezer for girls' lunch then can haveanother NSD and buy the brad on Thurs as will need milk by then too!! Have to be organised to fit these NSDs in. Mind you I'm wondering whether to include essential groceries, as long as they are accounted for in my £200 monthly grocery budget I think maybe they could not be counted. Just 'extras' that I can do without I will count, but bread, milk etc...not sure
Anyway off to do dinner and hopefully it'll warm me up:rolleyes:I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Heya MS,
Just a mega quick post as I too am cooking tea...nowt as nice as yours though! I would add them to the groceries budget and not include them when working out your NSDs...sure I read somewhere that this was fine! They are just items of foodies that you need more ofHope your tea is yummy! xxx

Thanks DK, I think I will do that - as long as it's included in the £200 budget then I'll take it as accounted for and not let it affect my NSDs - blimey at this rate I'll have loads of NSDs as the only thing I buy right now is groceries - not going anywhere or doing anything for ages haha, I need a life!!
Girls should be at their dad's this weekend - I'm getting very hacked off with him giving me nothing at all money-wise to', not a sausage. He even owes me for a game he gave G for Xmas that I paid for kindly then he claimed he couldn't pay me back for:mad: I know he' been doing casual work off and on, and manages to get out Xmas eve, NY eve, but I get offered nothing, not even a fiver... My patience is wearing very very thin with him!! Goodness how much better off am I without him?!!
I'm all showered and ready for bed, didn't fancy washing my hair in the morn when house a bit cold. I'm absolutely shattered, 2 days at work and I need my bed;)
So off to bed soon...roll on Friday:pI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
