I received cheque for £23 this morning dated 23rd Sept. :beer: Strange really as I'd had an email from them yesterday saying it was in the next cheque run - maybe I'll get another one!
Don't use the email link in their "where we are" email as it takes you to the wrong email address. The one that I've been having correspondence with is
[EMAIL="points.enquiries@theidfactor.com"]points.enquiries@theidfactor.com[/EMAIL] , which is what the link says, but not where it takes you
I'm not bothering with any more of their surveys until I can see the site running. They told me in the same email yesterday that I have 50 pts but I've done 630 pts worth since I ordered my cheque.

Hmm..thats not good at all is it. I have just sent another email back to them about the site and redeeming points etc so will post the response if/ when they reply...again. Probably be the usual 'we will be back in 2 weeks'.. again.

I have found out that the site below is Home of Research and it had some interesting facts on there when i checked last week ...so maybe this is going to be the 'new' site that they will be using as the surveys already come from theid factor?

I have emailed them asking to cash in my points, I keep getting surveys from them but I am not doing any more till I see what is happening with the site. This is the reply I got to my email

I emailed them asking for a summary of points and was told that since the last time I cashed out in July I have none, even though I have taken part in surveys since, so perhaps we should all check our points. I will be contacting them again.

I havent had a response to my last email yet but.... i have found they have a .org site which says

You will notice we are in the middle of a renovation. We appreciate your willingness to help us. We will be living at www.homeofresearch.org whilst the renovations take place and you may find things change every now and then as our enhancements take place.

So its looking a little more promising maybe but it wouldnt let me log in on this one yet though :rotfl:

Does anyone know how many points = £1? I too have been doing surveys but I did get an email from them confirming how many points I have and it has definately increased loads since I could last login. I am now up to 1620 points, but can't find out what I can get for them. Amazed at how long it is taking them to get a new website up and running!
