    I ordered £22 on 15/06 and haven't heard anything yet.

    9B. Payout of incentives earned
The user may request a payout of the incentive at any time, provided that:
    A. He/she has reached the minimum amount specified which is £20
    B. He/she is still a member of the HomeOfResearch at the time at which the payment is requested
Payments will be made by cheque sent to the members' registered address at the beginning of the month following redemption.

    Redeem Points
Please note that cash redemptions will be paid by cheque at the end of each calendar month.

It's the first time I've redeemed monies with them so I might wait till the beginning of August before I e-mail them (based on the conflicting info above)

i wouldn't worry, my payout from them took much longer than 6 weeks and its not unusual for them to ignore emails either, once i reach my next payout im sticking two fingers up to them and will close my account, in my experience they're one of the worst companies and i earn far more using the others

after reading one of the above posts i just want to give a positive statement..This last 6 weeks I have received over £60 worth of surveys and open forums from them...and last year they paid me £150 for a face to face survey in London...so my advice is stick with them..as they are one of the few survey companies that offer a variety of survey types..

Every single time I get an invite from these people, my antivirus programme kicks in and tells me the site is loaded with bugs and viruses...even though I've googled and re-entered via another route...my pooter just does not like it when I try heading over there...

I received a payment from them in mid June after waiting a few weeks from claiming. The thing I don't like about Home of Research is that you have to wait ages before survey points are added to your account, and it's also unclear which surveys have in fact, been rewarded. Most other survey companies add x number of points and you can tell which survey points have been added.

I'm still waiting for points from Home of Research for surveys completed at the end of May and nothing has been added at all during June or July.

    Does anyone else find this?

I have been doing these surveys for a few months and are nowhere near enough points to convert but I am going to carry on anyway.
