    Actually that is possibly making some sense to me as this is the only survey site i visit where i get a warning message on my computer when i click on their survey links. Something about being a possibly unsafe site or along those lines. I dont get it with any other website

    I also get that warning message & have just had it again on the following!
    I have just received an e-mail from them asking me to complete 1 question from an earlier survey as they had had problems with the survey. At the end it repeated the message that they couldn't forward me to their website but that these extra points would be added in 24 hours.
    Just have to wait & see whether they sort themselves out or we have all been wasting our time.

  • yep and to make it worse i spent 25mins doing a survey for them yesterday and it screened me out at 98% completed!!! :mad: i was not a happy bunny as never had a screen out that late before..off went my stroppy email to them and now im playing the awaiting game..on top of waiting for the site to come back lol :rolleyes:

    I've been waiting a month now for payment. It looks like I'll also be emailing Seetha. She was very helpful when lots of survey points were failing to be added to my account. Hope she also manages to sort out the payment side.
  • When I emailed them earlier today regarding my payment they said it would take 2-6 weeks if I don't hear anything I have to email them again

    these guys are acting very unprofessionally. a simple mass mailing to members to keep them informed of any issues and timescales, would help to restore some confidence. they're in serious danger of having a mass exodus of members once the site's back up and running, as people cash in their points and decide it's not worth doing any more surveys for them.
