I've had problems this week with them sending me an email saying a survey is worth say 100 points, me completing the survey and then only being given 50 points! I emailed about the first one and have the missing points have been added on. I've just sent an email about the second and will be much more vigilant from now on!

I ordered a cheque for £22 last week, last time it only took a week to arrive but maybe it was the time of the month when I requested it. Still waiting for a focus group payment of £25 from May but they said they are sorting it:rolleyes:
to be updated:;)

Mine took just over 6 weeks to arrive (ordered at the start of May arrived mid- June). I had e-mailed (enquiries@homeofresearch.com) to see where it was at the 6 week point and did receive a reply saying my details had been passed to finance. Hope your cheque turns up soon!

I received a payment from them in mid June after waiting a few weeks from claiming. The thing I don't like about Home of Research is that you have to wait ages before survey points are added to your account, and it's also unclear which surveys have in fact, been rewarded. Most other survey companies add x number of points and you can tell which survey points have been added.
I'm still waiting for points from Home of Research for surveys completed at the end of May and nothing has been added at all during June or July.
Does anyone else find this?

I have had problems with credits of survey points taking a long time to be applied but if you contact them they sort it out.
I agree the survey descriptions on the points credits do make it a bit of a challenge to work out which credit is for which survey but I have eventually managed (often I use the date of completion and the number of points to work out which credit applies to which survey invite - if you want further advice then please PM me).
Sadly the length of time the cheques take to arrive seems to depend on lots of things (but remember they are coming from the USA) and I have waited over 8 weeks for a cheque but they do arrive and the assistance staff are always willing to help after about 6 or so weeks from the date of the request.

Thanks jubro for your reply. I have 16 completed Home of Research surveys which are waiting to be rewarded. It appears that no points have, in fact, been added since around early June.

Are you finding similar?

I obviously get screened out a lot more often than you but I have complete a few surveys this month and have received the points for all of them. Remember sometimes the points aren't allocated until a few days after the survey closes - I figure on points being added on HomeofResearch within a calendar month of the date of the invite but often it is within the week.
Sorry you seem to be having such an unfortunate experience..
• Glad im not the only one that did a focus group in may and didnt get paid. Was begining to think that they didnt like me:j . Could really do with it as im trying to get enough money for days out for the kids during the half term.

Have emailed them twice and both times they have said that they will sort it out. But now im not getting any suveys from them.

ive ordered my 2nd and possibly final payment today of £40

they're on their last chance, if i get my cheque at the start of the next month then i'll stick with them (afterall they claim to issue payments at the end of each month)

if i have to chase them whatsoever then i'll wait for the cheque to clear and close my account

i wouldn't worry, my payout from them took much longer than 6 weeks and its not unusual for them to ignore emails either, once i reach my next payout im sticking two fingers up to them and will close my account, in my experience they're one of the worst companies and i earn far more using the others

Too right! I have to phone them to get any response and even then nothing happens.
