  • Worth emailing them.

    :(

I had an email about a month back saying that the cheque had been posted, and that it should be with me in a few days, but no sign. Come back ValuedOpinions, all is forgiven. :rotfl:

I haven't totaled it up yet but I only seem to be getting about half the points credits for the surveys I complete. (Just about to spend an hour of my life putting together the info. to contact them and request credit.) These are over many months and seem to have been mainly since they started work on the .org site.
    Anyone else having similar problems?
(I hope they not getting as bad as toluna:eek:)

yes i just save all the surveys i have completed and then just email them a list every few months asking them to check which have been credited and they tend to add most of the missing points

I've just logged into my account for the first time in ages since Home of Research now seems to have changed it's name to Rewarded Opinions. I wanted to check my legacy points before they removed access and have discovered that hundreds of my points were never credited around the time that the website was down for months.

Is there a particular address I should email or should I just complete the form on the website?

    Thanks.
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/
