I received an e-mail from them back in October promising a Cheque would be sent to me in 2-4 weeks. That was 7 weeks ago. I've tried e-mailing them since but had nothing back. I guess the next step is to try phoning them on the number given in a previous post.

I applied for payment on 31 October when I transferred to the new site. No reply to e-mails since then but the cheque arrived today with covering letter but no explanation of why it has taken so long. Perhaps your one is also on its way.

I got this email from them a week ago:
"You requested a cheque on 19/11/2008 for 4000 and we would like to check if you have received this during the last week.
We fell a little behind our 6 week processing time during the busy festive period and there were also significant postal delays to some areas.
We have been informed that some cheques have filtered through the system this week, although some have still not arrived.
Please use the links below to let us know if you have received your cheque:
    Yes, I received my cheque
No, I have still not received the cheque
Cheques which have gone missing will be cross matched against our cashed cheque log and either verified with the bank or cancelled. Re-issues can then proceed and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
We're sorry if you have experienced inconvenience."
Today I received my cheque and another email saying:
"Your cheque for 4000 points, redeemed 19/11/2008, was posted yesterday and should be with you by early next week.
We're so sorry if you have been inconvenienced.
    Many thanks for your patience,"
I wonder why not everyone got an email?
At least it seems that people are receiving their cheques again though :)

Since earlier post have looked at my e-mails & had same one as you. I have also managed to log in to my account (was having problems) & my points seem to be OK - didn't getting any like your glitch  - but they do seem to take a week or so before the points were actually credited.
Definitely will have to keep a record of surveys done as I have only been doing this quite recently.

I got a very similar e-mail and my cheque arrived in the post on the same day, too.:T
So it looks like they are doing there best. Just a shame so many people have been inconvenienced.

Hmmm know what you mean, there is always something better to drink like a nice cup of tea especially in this weather, I find it easier to drink water in the Summer. Had my second load delivered yesterday too :D
