• Does anyone know how many points = £1? I too have been doing surveys but I did get an email from them confirming how many points I have and it has definately increased loads since I could last login. I am now up to 1620 points, but can't find out what I can get for them. Amazed at how long it is taking them to get a new website up and running!

I contaced them on the following email addess: team@ma-panel.com

100 points = 1 pound, you can cash out at 2000 = 20 squid!!

I have received an e-mail today asking me to re-join to the new beta website via a personal link. I have done this & find that my points have increased presumably from the surveys I have done while the site has been down.
As I had enough points now, I have requested a cheque & have had a further e-mail confirming the request.
The first e-mail, said that everyone would receive an e-mail giving a personal link and this would be the way they would be able to ensure your "old" points were transferred.
Hope it works for all of us.

Well it may have taken a long time to get here but they seem to be doing things the correct way and taking a few people on to the new site at a time!!! (I wish Toluna had done.)

Can I take the above back but not the bit about Toluna. I am on the new website and my points are not being updated. I contacted them to question when my points would be credited and it was done by the time they responded. However they gave me 7500 points instead of 75 for a survey. I contacted them to ask if they were sure the points they had awarded to me were correct because I thought they had given me too many. I got a response back saying they were correct.
Having tried to be honest I have now given in and requested a cheque for my current points balance including the wrongly credited 7425 points which I think is about £74.25. I do feel guilty/bad but I am not going to keep chasing them to rectify their mistake, when they won't acknowledge they have made one. Maybe I have got it wrong and did product trial I have forgotten about? (I wish!).

I redeemed my 3450 points on October 31st but haven't heard anything yet. I sent an e mail but just got an automated response. Anyone had a pay out recently? Keep getting lots of surveys however!
• i requested a pay out for round about £30 on the 28th October and i've still not received it either, i've been e-mailing, and i'm getting nowhere, been told that they were going to check if my cheque was getting sent out on Friday, but nothing!!!!

I had exactly the same thing happen!!! I also emailed them as I know the points were wrongly credited but they didn't remove them. So I requested a cheque for 4000 points (I still have 5775 left in my account) . Ordered the cheque on 19th November but no sign of it yet. I don't see what I can do about it if they think they are right in having credited me those points? They haven't actually credited me for any surveys I have been doing though!

I received the 7500 points for survey IDQ8410 - don't know if that's the same one as you?
2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.96

It was indeed the same survey. I don't feel so bad now.
The cheques usually take a little while to come, says on the 'new website' "On redemption a cheque will be sent to you in 2 - 6 weeks. Please ensure your profile address is correct before you redeem" but there is a new contact panel for contacts rather than an address. However I am sure somebody earlier in the thread gave a good contact address - if I get time I will go back and find it and edit it in here.
