Alternative Numbers To Non Geographic O845 Ane 0871 Can Be Found On Website Saynoto0871. Enter The Number You Have - Alternatives Will Be Given Including 0800.

From a TalkTalk line its free to call TalkTalk 0870 support numbers so dialling a geographic number could actually end up costing you more. Its worth checking with your provider on the charges for using their support numbers before using https://www.saynoto0870.com unless you have inclusive call packages etc.
Cheers

I've just looked at this forum as I'm trying to reduce my (already low) phone bill. I've been with First Telecom for 18 months and happy with the service. After 12 months they started to make a connection charge of 5p per call., with per-second call billing. I can change to a new Call Plan (Talk Easy) and remove this connection charge but I'd have to switch line provider from BT to First Telecom.
Is this a good idea as it seems from reading this thread other providers are not as reliable. I don't want calls routed thru' BT as they are too complicated costwise.
Any advice would be welcome.

Please see the HERE link in my signature below.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
I am considering moving, and I imagine I will have to install a landline/broadband, but I may only be there for 6 months. Is there anyone who does cheap installation, or doesnt require a lock-in of 12 months?:money:0

A nice person from TalkTalk just called to ask if I'd like to transfer by home phone and broadband to them, which was kind of handy because it just so happens that I would. I was offered the standard £16.99 a month bundle, which is OK but not as good as the offer as advertised on MSE.com -

However when I follow the link from this site to TalkTalk's and complete the 'Check Availability' form I don't see the offer price (£10.99 for first 12 months). Can anyone tell me if this offer still exists, and if so how I can use it?
Ta.
edit - sorry that this post is a bit on the duplicated side, question still stand though.0 -

I've currently got my line rental with BT (inc evening & weekend calls) and Broadband with Tiscali. This totals about £28 a month. I have to say that I'm very happy with the service from both companies. I am however, still looking to move, purely to save money. Initially I was going to go to the Tiscali phone/bb/Tiscali TV offer, but it's not available in my area.
I like the look of the Talk Talk offer, which is available from my exchange. However, I am curious to hear feedback from people on TTs broadband speed & reliability. Also, does anyone have any idea how much of the 40GB limit playing on Xbox Live uses up?
Thanks for any replies0 -
Can someone give me some direction as I am afraid of changing ISP and telephone provider and ending up paying as much for an inferior service.
Currently with BT for phone paying £25 a month and paying AAISP £18 a month for broadband..............yeah I know anything has got to be cheaper than that.
Tried Talk Talk but it quoted me £31.99 a month!
Can Tiscali be beaten - could I get phone and broadband with BT as cheap?0
