Don't worry. You've done your SOA which is a great start. As stated by other people - best to get in touch with CCCS/Payplan/CAB etc today and get the ball rolling to see what help you can get. Our CAB has an open morning where you turn up and queue and you get seen there and then (well you need to get there about 9.30 ish) for it to open at 10 otherwise you have to queue for a while but why not see if yours does something like this?

Also I think you really need to go and see your doctor. You are obviously struggling - like me although I don't have kids to worry about. Maybe some counselling would help - it sounds like there is something else going on besides money issues that needs tackling first.

ANyway you are on the right road now.
    Good Luck

    Hi Guys

Just to let you know that i bit the bullet and phoned my mortgage company. I spoke to a lovely lady (why i haven't done this before?) and she went through everything with me. We came to an agreement - i will most definately have to tighten the purse strings - but she advised at court on Monday they will asked for a suspended order and not full repossession. I know it isn't the end of my problems, but at least i might sleep tonight knowing i am being given a chance. I want to thank you all so much for your support last night and today, without i wouldn't have done this today.

    Jules xx

Glad to hear things are starting to go in the right direction.

I would phone National Debtline though as I am not sure about a suspended repossession order. I think it means that as soon as you don't stick to the repayment plan you house could be at risk. Please check with National Debtline as you may need to get representation and if you can avoid a suspended repossession this would help.

Yep the minute you miss a payment that's more than likely it... I don't think there is much you can do unless you can cover the outstanding arrears though...

I know i am not out of the woods but i have a short stay of execution untill i have got the right advice. I am still waiting on a call from CLS (which is also the CLA?) i will know a bit more legally and if i can get representation. I think MrsTine is right...its all the arrears to stop any sort of action, which isn't going to happen at the moment...i will still work on it

Just to let you know...i have been browsing this site...how fantastic is it?? I have been to the old style board and picked up some brilliant stuff. Even when i thought i was being frugal before, i so wasn't. Have printed off some vouchers (only for stuff i need or use!!). Tomorrow i am going to plough through a load of stuff and get back to my ebaying. Really fancied a glass of wine earlier and would have normally popped to the shop, but told myself that is the 1st thing to go!! Thanks again guys xx

Told you :) You'll be cackling over £2 coins, getting paranoid over 2p discrepancies in your budget and telling anyone not fast enough to run away about the joys of spreadsheets. Ach lassie there is no hope for you now... you've become... A DFW!!!!
