    Do I / Don't I???!!

I am really tempted but pennies are fairly non existant at the moment...

Can someone please make up my mind for me???;)

Hi Mambury, I understand the dilemma, I really pushed the boat out this month buying mine and I am now sat here scratching my head trying to make one penny do the work of two (as my dear old mum used to say) Probably the wrong thread to be talked OUT of buying a remoska methinks (lol!)

My advice...sit down with a nice hot cuppa and a pen and paper, write down all the pros and cons thinking all the while about Martin's advice 'Do I need it, can I afford it and can I get it cheaper anywhere else?'

The plusses for me are that it will save me on energy costs as they are set to go through the roof, I was prompted to get mine because the price was going up and it was the stick that poked me out of the door and off to jolly old Lakeland! I have used it everyday and it has been good. Lakeland offer a money back guarantee if you really end up thinking it is a mistake. The only downside for me was the price but unfortunately you can't seem to get it anywhere else unless you take a trip to Tesco in Prague!

I hope you make the right decision for you, I wish they were a bit cheaper, especially the pans.

    Hi everyone!

I cooked a sort of haddock and corn chowder in mine last night topped it with cornbread type dumplings. It was absolutely delicious! and the bonus is, there's a couple of portions for the freezer for a lazy day!

My lid is level! Check how things cook as it may be a faulted one.

Last nights oven chips were soggy:( despite having them on a pizza tray ontop of the rack:confused:

I am going to try the slimming world method tonight to see if I get a better result that way. I have rooster potatoes (not very OS but they were on the yellow sticker):p and they are quite floury so they may be OK.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
