Just click your cursor at the beginning of what you want to copy, hold down the mouse button and drag over to the end to highlight it.
Then either right click and look for the copy option or hold down the control key then press "c".
Then switch to the file you want to save the tips in and either right click and choose the paste option or press control and "v".0 -

I too, love my moska and a) wish I had bought the bigger size b) wish I hadn't bought the recipe book c) try to ignore the not-so-shiny lid and would love to know how to 'copy and paste' these hints and tips to a separate file?
Looking forward to getting to know you all
Nice to see you posting lillibet, now that you've started you won't be able to stop :T I just copied everything I wanted to keep and pasted it into a word document. Don't be afraid to ask if you need any more help.0 -

Well I've done it, I've ordered a shallow pan for my grand Remoska, had some money from DH for Christmas so decided to treat myself. Bit sad really treating yourself to a cooking pan for Christmas isn't it, but then this isnt just any old cooking pan........
Also ordered a single portion baking tray that I saw when my new lakeland catalogue arrived today, its only 4 x 6 1/2 " so thought it may be useful in the remoska. (Ref 12501) in the book it says 3.99 but when I ordered online it was 2.930 -
I've read through most of the thread over the past month or so and am now finally convinced that I need one.....helps that the cooker is on the blink and I'm sick of the landlady not doing anythign about it.
So, I'm going to order a Grande....but what I need to know is what other stuff do I really, really, really need to buy to go with it? Bearing in mind money it tight I don't want to buy pans and racks that I could improvise with.
So has anyone got a definitive list of "must haves" they could share with me?

Before you go out and buy one you should read this thread.

Having had a standard remoska for many months, and a halogen oven for one month I can honestly say the halogen oven is ten times better than a remoska. Less than half the price too, and if you buy a jml from betterware instead of directly from JML you don't pay postage.
After the hols my remoska will go on ebay as I'll never use it again.0 -
Thanks for the geordie - I shall show DH later - it looks like a much more economical purchase for us if for some reason we don't get on with it...
Looks like you've just saved me £60 odd"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -

I just have the rack which is really helpful for draining fat from meat and can also be used to raise food nearer to the lid (in a shallow cke tin if necessary, or just foil if not) instead of buying a separate shallow tin. Some people have managed to use a microwave stand (usually comes with a mico/grill combi), but I didn't have one of those so the £8.99 for the rack was a good buy.
I use existing metal and silicone and glass pyrex dishes/pans if I am cooking small quantities.
Teflon liner (99p in Home Bargains) is helpful to prevent scratches.
I think £90 is enough to spend without paying out for too many extras0 -

Thanks for that - although the Grande has gone up to £108 now  I'm sure it wasn't that price when I first looked at it."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -

it must be different strokes for different folks cos i had a halogen for about 6 months before i got my remmy and the halogen has been banished to under the stairs ever since the remmy arrived - the remmy on the other hand is used EVERY day - to me there is no comparison remmy wins hands down everytime - its brilliant!!!0
