I didn't get the letter. But my £50 was credited this morning :j:beer:

What date did your 12th payment go in?

My last credit went in on 3rd August. Did yours go in around the same time?
  • I just received a Natwest letter through the post entitled "Your £50 reward with our thanks".

"We're pleased to confirm that £50 will be paid into your savings account at the end of August" :money:

I got the same letter yesterday. The money is in my account today. Good timing as I am broke at the moment. I set up a standing order from my Natwest current account to my Natwest e-savings account.

Well pleased an extra £50 for doing next to nothing is more than handy.
    Iva started Dec 2018.

My last payment went in on 3rd August, but still no £50. I'm still half expecting to have to query this with them though, because my NatWest statements show payments as being BACS, eventhough my external bank statements show standing orders. Their terms said payment will be within 1 month of last SO payment of £100 or more, so will wait another week before querying.

Well... still 1 working day left to go :p
  • I don't understand the 13 payments thing - I did 12 payments, the last one being 7th Aug.

There's less money in the e-savings than when I started but my £50 arrived 26th Aug :D:D:D

12th payment went in on the 11th August.
£50 cashback credited to my account on 26 August.
    Yay!! :)
Have a current account with them too so no hassle getting the money out.

I've actually made 13 consecutive payments now and no £50 so just phoned to chase and they're calling me back. Shall let you know what happens.

No return call, so I've just phoned them. Initally they stated I'm not eligible for the £50 as I have a Savings Direct account! I told them I had a copy of the ToC (which I do) and they re-checked and confirmed I'm eligible and I'll have a letter & payment end-Sept.

    Wait and see what happens...
