Hi, same questions I asked fletch (almost).
What was the make and model of your previous bed?
How firm do you like your bed?
Do you know what type of bed you want?
I wouldn't bother with Tempur, they are over priced and over rated in my opinion.0 -

The mattress from the Bedshed is the one I hated (and the bedstead for that matter). The other one (the one I had, then didn't have, now have again) is the one I liked but it's old now obviously, and worn out. We're not lightweights my husband and I. The bed is lumpy now, and uneven. It's noisy and every turn is met by twangs and creaks (not just from me).
Ok.
Well I do need an idea of what you are looking for before I can give any advice.0 -
Hi everyone.
I have a metal bed with a mesh base and want to know what kind of mattress you would suggest for it.
Thank you.0 -

Both look ok for the money, but what is you criteria/budget?
Personally would prefer the Hereford, the 'Stress free' has old school Bonnell springs which are usually the preserve of budget mattresses and the Hereford is firmer. Neither will be very supportive and may suffer roll together on open-coil springs.:A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things. Hi again Michelle

Both are actually bonnell open coil sprung, and both are mid range open coil sprung mattresses.
As I said to Michelle previously she could get top of the range open coil sprung mattresses for the same price if she looks at smaller independent brands.0 -
I stand corrected!
