  • Was it king size? Something like the Millbrook Ortho Prelude?
  • No, it was a double. It was very comfy, she said it's a "?????" So you'll have heard of them.
I was a bit overwelmed, you know how it is, you have all your questions ready, then forget them.
  • Just noticed it's not even memory foam. I wasn't even close. :D
  • Ok thanks,

    Anyoe else, Tim?

    So is Prelude the model?

    What is the make?
  • Have found out that it is Dorlux? sleepvendor, Prelude. I can't find any reviews anywhere. I'm happy enough with the price, but want to know if it's any good?
  • Hi everyone, sorry for jumping in, but this thread has been great!
I have searched in vain for a black wooden bed and found one (thanks to you guys) at Warren Evans, I'm so delighted, but the one we both love is a bit pricey and I've searched for discount codes and found quitea few but theyre all out of date, they obviously do them so am reluctant to give up!
Does anyone have a discount code I can nab?
Thanks in advance, and sorry for butting in!

Dorlux and Sleepvendor are two different manufacturers. I can't find the prelude listed for either of them.

Do you have the retailers web site?

Warren Evans are very expensive. Have you looked for black metal beds?
  • Hi Tim,

The retailers don't have a web site, It's just a small local shop.

When I phoned this morning she didn't want to give me the details, as she said I would try to find it cheaper on the net! Eventually that is what she told me.

It's a sprung(600+ springs) with a layer of memory foam, but I don't know how thick.

It seemed to be just what we wanted & a good price, but now I's a bit suspicious. They are a long established shop with a good reputation though.

    Confussed.
