    Evening All

I'm not too good today. Had bad chest pains so took the day off work. Will have to go back tomorrow though.

Done a few surveys today and my daily clicks.

Got to find a lot of extra money as I need to get software so I can work from home.

Having a prawn and acavado salad tonight. I don't feel hungry but I've not eaten for a couple of days so really must force something down.

    Hope everyone's ok

Chrisca - at last! Congratulations on the birth of your granddaughter. I hope you can figure out how to post photos. (((Hugs))) to the family.

Scuzz - get yourself to a doctor - please don't ignore chest pains.

Kaat Lady - the bread turned out surprisingly well in the Remoska though it only rose slightly. I think I must be getting the Artisan mix wrong because it just doesn't really rise - I need to check on the thread. Still, it's edible and tastes nice! I shall try a 'normal' loaf in it tomorrow.

Suesy Sue - I didn't buy any of the accessories with my Remoska - I've just used a non-stick sandwich cake tin for the loaf I baked in it. The tin wobbled a bit but as soon as the lid went down it stabilised it! Now that I know the cake tin works I shall use it for shallow baking. I'd be interested to know if you use the rack, though, and what you think of it. I am VERY pleased with the Remoska so far, but have not been very adventurous with it because I am on my own until DH comes back from working in France on Saturday. I shall really put it through its paces then!

Well, I think I'll go and have a bath and settle down in front of the box for a couple of hours.

    See you all later.

I had my workplace NVQ assessment today, should have been an hour, but only got 20 mins as the workmate who went before me took hour & 40 mins. I've got shed loads of stuff to do for it, but it looks fairly straightforward.
Packups are made for tomorrow for me & hubby, we had pork chops for tea.
MIL is coming over Sunday, she's a star usually, she's just worried about BIL, she wants him to stay with her, but she doesn't have room & he won't go there as she thinks he should go to Dr's get a pill & be cured.
My compost worms arrived today, so we sorted them out & got very wet doing so, lol.

been at work this afternoon. this morning I threatened to throw my teenagers out on the street if they didnt stop freeloading in my house! came home to freshly hoovered bedrooms etc.
did a food shop at Asda this morning. yet again prices seem to have gone up. was never that careful about noting prices before, but things like their whole chickens used to be 2 for £5, then £6 now they are £7! from there I went to fill the car up.....so all in all not much left out of £100 today!!!

I am so grateful we have a tiny mortgage, no debt as such and our jobs are secure with the capacity to earn more each month....can't imagine how you all cope with lay offs and rising mortgages etc. my heart goes out to you all.
