Hello - long time no chat!!!!

Been on and off with morning sickness and thoroughly bored with being pregnant already - and have 6 months to go!!! Oh well.....

Have a coffee date with a friend and her new baby tomorrow morning which will be lovely - hoping to feel well enough this evening to make a cake to take with me.

I bought a dress in Next recently and it'll never fit now I am starting to expand (have a very small but cute bump!) so going to exchange it as I cleverly kept the receipt. ;) While I'm at the shops I'm going to have a trip to check out costco. I got a card through my Dad's business and this will be the first time I've gone. I've checked out the costco threads so I know what's worth it and what's not and plan not to spend too much - a few items that I NEED (oh and some pastries as a treat) and the rest is an info gathering mission!!!! :D

essex-girl - enjoy your bargain haircut

NickiM - good luck with your interview

    PP - sending you hugs

fizzel - the panda cake sounds really great fun, I'm looking forward to seeing pictures!

hello to everyone else and a big

    Morning Guys!

I havent read the thread yet, so hope all is okay.

This wet weather is playing havoc with my bones, joints and muscles. It is very painful to move today, so OH has put the heating on to dry out the humidity a bit. I am laying on the sofa with my favourite Disney World blanket:D....I have Raynards, so my knees and feet are like ice and bright red. I just need shooting;)

The WM has been on and needs to be put on the airer or hung up. DW has been on and DD emptied it without prompting this morning:confused: ....wonder what shes trying to score brownie points for:rotfl: Toilet cleaned and house generally clean and tidy.

OH had to have half of a crown done yesterday at the dentist so he is abit sore this morning and very grumpy!

Haribo-I hope you had a great holiday and that you are keeping well.

Twink-Thanks for the chat yesterday. Luv ya Mum!

    Anyway, hugs to all.

Morning all, hope you are all well, happy and dry! No rain here at all. Willl do a larger "proper post" later. Batteries quite low on this so dont want to lose the lot. Well had a long chat wiht the lovely vet last night. Phoebes bloods are all over the place. Sky high on sone and low on others:confused: but feel hopeful that things are finally getting sorted. Thanks for all hte kind words. Other than that well.......... Firstly confession time i forgot to buy DH an anniversary card:o :o:o:o:o, 14 years today. Found cheque book(amazing how little they are used now isn't it) and did hte donation(wanted to put todays date on it) will post it later on. DH not very well was struggling to breath last night and has an emergency appointment at GP now. We are going to have a quiet, reflective day and some nice cheeses I got from tesco at hte weekend.
Other than that my job for today(or tomorrow thank god)is get a urine sample from a cat_pale_ _pale_ _pale_ (yes it IS as difficult as it sounds) Aw well keeps me occupied!Have a nice day-I am bleeping now so will post later. Take care, Ann xxxxxx

PenPin - sending massive (((hugs))) to you.

R.Mac - I had decided to ask about you in this post so I'm glad you've posted! It's good to hear from you.

Chrisca - if you're anything like me, you won't start breathing properly until the baby arrives! Keep us informed, please, and (((hugs))) to your DIL.

Charlie'sMum - my Remoska took three days from the day they informed me it has been despatched so not long to wait!

Sunnyay - I've eaten some already - before the choccie went on! I've just done the choccie bit and they're back in the fridge though how long they'll last is anyone's guess.

Pooky - good luck to your DH.

PippaS - (((hugs))) to your friend - it's lovely that she has you as such a caring friend.

Pam - I'm glad the treatment is working but, if they make you sleep, then make the most of it and take it easy. ((Hugs))) to you.

Pink - don't feel you are burdening us; it's what we're here for. I am a bit worried about DH's work now; it doesn't seem long ago that he had quite a few weeks work ahead of him but that has almost run out and, with this recession, I think it's going to be a lot more difficult for him to find any. He's been working in France for the last two weeks and I don't think he has a lot of work to come back to. Good luck to your DH.

PippaD - (((hugs))) to your Mum. I'm just about to phone mine because she hasn't been well, either.

Well, I suppose I'd better get a move on and get the paperwork finished, then do a few more wedding favours.

It's till pouring with rain here and doesn't show any sign of stopping.

    See you later.

    Morning all.

    At least, I think it's still morning:cheesy:

Firstly, all good wishes to everyone who is going through a rough time just now; I've read through the thread, but my poor Lupie brain won't keep the exact details of everything; I hope that doesn't sound uncaring, I do wish you all well.

Am struggling a bit this morning - very tired and achy, and the brain seems to be on strike at the mo, so probably won't get a lot done today.

I was hoping to be well enough to turn the aubergine I have in the fridge into Quorn mousaka for tonight's dinner, but I think I'll wait a while and see how I go. Don't want to collapse in the kitchen with no-one else here.

One thing I did purchase recently was a couple of inexpensive bar chairs from Argos. It means I can sit down to do washing up or stirring saucepans and such like - already making life a LOT easier for me.:T

OK I'll stop waffling now. Be back later if I can.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
