  • Hi yes I'm saving up the tesco clubcard vouchers.

Actually, I've got a question about them. For my last two courses I had to put £60 in myself. £20 a cheque and £40 worth of clubcard vouchers.

Anyway, to get my vouchers, I had clubcard points totally so much (can't remember the amount off the top of my house) but I had £2.50 worth of change. But I don't seem to have been reimbursed them, I thought I'd have had that amount added onto my last batch of vouchers. Might give tesco a call to find out about that one.

  • Welshmoneylover,

They should add the remaining points back onto your balance. If you think they have missed them, worth calling them.

    Hope you sort it!

Also how about contacting learning support dj9928? You can contact them at your regional centre....

Welshmoneylover - you can pay in instalments if that helps? You can also use any Tesco points you may have towards a course. Are you doing it for a career or personal reasons? My two pence worth would be if its career based go for it now!
    Best wishes everyone

    Hi OU students :)
Hoping to join you but getting in a bit of a muddle with the order of things.

I want to transfer some units if possible from my brick uni, I should get a full grant for fees and I want to do a course in Feb with the sign up being a little over a week away, what do I do first?
I've tried getting hold of my uni but they make the process notoriously difficult so can I start and have them added later?!

Well after well over a week I still haven't got in touch with the tutor, He hasn't replied to 2 emails, I phoned him a couple of times and the phone just rings, The OU helpdesk says he has another job and to keep trying but thats no use to me, So I will have failed my first assignment, another due in January, is there actually any point in continuing??

Yes there is DJ - Do you have any F2F tutorials booked so you could be able to speak to him then? Its the weekend now, maybe your tutor could get back to you now. How much of you final mark does the first TMA amount too??

Its due now so no time left now, I gave him pleanty of time, I emailed him Thursday of last week, I'm not sure how much this goes towards it but its not good on the first TMA is it, they usually get harder. The next tutorial is in January, again the middle of the day which I won't be able to get out of work to go to and there only is one University over here in Northern Ireland so can't go anywhere else, all in all a bit of a disaster
