Mines a 200 min plan and I guess its proper name is Orange Your Plan 200, and Ive got the free 0800 bundle for the rest of my contract

I phoned up and they CS guy said he and his supervisor didn't know anything about the bundle. However he said they will be getting more info on the 1st Dec and I should phone then.

I told him to put a note on my account to say that I phoned up and asked for it, just incase they say I didn't act within 14 days or something!

I phoned up CS and had same problem,been told so many different things by them.Have now e-mailed the Chief Executives Office in Bristol.
