    Good evening all

DS, DD and I have spent the day in Halifax at Eureka! where we met up with my DSis, DB-i-L and their children. Had a great day and are now back home and shattered.

twink and kyle (((hugs))) to you and yours on this very bittersweet day.
    Pen-Pin congratulations on the RFL.
    anniestar ((hugs))
Although I have read the thread, I can remember almost nothing. So sorry. :o Put it down to a bad night's sleep followed by a very busy day.

DD and I are going to settle down for some mindless tv to help us unwind. Have a good evening all. xx

Congrats to pen pen , and dd for the excellent times in the race for life.

Kathy glad you had a good time, nice to see you back.

We have had a quiet day, took little dog out for a quick walk this morning, but as soon as we started it poured with rain, and has not stopped since.

Had prawn salad for lunch, which was nice, and just had some pesto houmous and bits to dip in. Have had a nice long bath, and will settle down and watch the TV for the evening.

Have a good evening all xx

    Good evening:D

well I thought Nadal had it won, but Federer is fighting back:rolleyes:

    Had a lazy, unproductive day:D :D

Went to DS3 and GF's for a BBQ this afternoon. DH and I left earlyish, too many young females and no males in sight:rotfl: At least we missed the downpour;) It was nice watching the tennis ( on in the background) on their 50 inch (?) plasma TV:eek: We craftily left for home just as the rain started:o

mioliere, glad you had a good time, and showed those youngsters we oldies haven't lost it ( just misplaced it sometimes:rotfl: ) You'll be pleased to know I deputised admirably for you yesterday;)

Special gentle hugs to ((((twink and kyle)))) and ((((anniestar))))

Brain has turned to mush, so back to the tennis.

Aaaaaagh, nearly forgot. Well done Penpen and DD:T :T :j :j

    Enjoy your evenings. CM x

Hi, well done Pen-Pen and Miss Penguin.
Welcome home Mioliere, so pleased you had a good time.
Kaat, the dough does get big, my latest batch looked very runny, I've got 2 loaves in the oven, they almost look like sponge cakes.

Tea is cooking in the oven, liver and bacon for OH, colcannon mash for Miss Twit and a monster jacket for me, along with the said bread.
I've also conjured up a batch of Twinks, lots of ginger in these :D

Currently got a hair dye on Miss Twit, at least she has broken up, so any accidents and school won't laugh....just me and Mr Twit :rotfl:
