Personally I would check to see if any of them are more valuable sold as a single book, and list those on their own. Then the remainder I would list as a job lot but weigh them first so that you can sell exactly the right amount in a job lot to fall within a weight range of standard parcels or first class post, whatever.

Remember as well that for books ebay have a 9.25% FVF charge so add that into your equation when calculating profit. You could also offer collection as an offer but remember to say in the listing that for colellcted items you will require cash on collection only, no paypal unless posted.
