Do the shakes taste yummy or are they just ok ?
The shakes are OK. I got a chocolate flavour one and I was expecting it to taste much worse than it did so quite a nice surprise that it goes down so easily! I don't think it tastes much different to a Nesquick milkshake.Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

or cheesecakes (either baked or not)
you could always buy a packet of meringue nests for OH and just have the berries and cream yourself0 -
