Do the shakes taste yummy or are they just ok ?

The shakes are OK. I got a chocolate flavour one and I was expecting it to taste much worse than it did so quite a nice surprise that it goes down so easily! I don't think it tastes much different to a Nesquick milkshake.
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

SAZBO, im sure santa will help you out early this year ,lol.

I just weighed myself (on day 5 ) and the scales say Ive lost 2lb :j .
Im shocked cos I havent been able to loose weight on these pills.
I feel excited and just hope it continues.

Tonight I am having sheppards pie , but replacing the mash with cauliflower mash. Than Im thinking about making a
meringue , with ceam and berries :A .

Everyday I keep thinking how long can i keep this up - then another good recipe comes along :rotfl: .

Mirry - which diet are you doing? Are you doing a 2 week induction?

Dessicated coconut is out as it's sweetened, I'm afraid :(

Meringue without sugar doesn't really work - I've tried it with Splenda and they just disintegrated :(

Thanks tinks for the comment about the meringue and splenda cos I was considering trying it cos hubby has a dreadful sweet tooth and is getting real withdrawal symptoms

I can recommend the profiteroles ;)

or cheesecakes (either baked or not)

you could always buy a packet of meringue nests for OH and just have the berries and cream yourself ;)

Hubbys on the diet too so although he'd like the meringues he cant have them:o

Philly is on 1/2 price special in Morrisons this week so might just get some and make a cheesecake

I keep meaning to try the oopsies but end up forgetting:rolleyes: I saw the sweetened version with cream and choccy and was very very tempted

Hubby really needs to curb that sweet tooth - it's the whole point of the diet!
