No I'm not going to tell you that:D But I am going to tell you that Tick Tock is a brand of Rooibos (or "redbush") tea - which comes from my ancestral homeland of South Africa and it is packed full of antioxidants too - so I am pleased you are drinking it on two counts:D

You might find cheaper versions of rooibos tea in supermarkets.

I have a box of Tick Tock on my desk in front of me:)

    Sazzy xxxx

Say hi and thanks to the ancesters! ;)

I've tried decaf and non-caf tea before and I always thought they tasted pretty awful, so I thought I'd just grab this one on the off-chance. Now I know I like it I'll be looking out for it in the supermarkets and on the internet! :D

Well have been and done the shopping - got the eggs kissi, have loads of chicken drumsticks/thighs, salmon, tuna, trout, steak - in fact you name it and I've probably bought it. Also got some lettuce that still has roots attatched so was wondering if it'd be worth planting it and seeing if it will carry on growing - may give it a try and see. Have started my own menu planning so I know what I'll be eating next week.

Is it Monday yet?:p I even managed to walk past the bakers without thinking ooh that looks nice! Hmmm something's going on here.

My my, getting good at this:T
Got to be organised i found. Usually make a nice salad in morning ready for when i get hungry, which at the mo i dont. :T

Went to H&B today and bought some lovely naturally caffeine free t-bags called Tick Tock. I have to say they're absolutely delicious!:D However, £1.79 for 40! Oh well, you can't have everything.

I suppose one of you is now going to spoil the party and tell me they contain 5g carbs per bag! :rotfl:

Will give those a try myself, having 'normal' tea at mo but maybe i'll lose more if i avoid caffiene

What is everyone using whey protien for?

Bit much for the dog to be coming into your garden, Sue :( Is there no fencing?

My Mum'll tell you, cats can be trained if you catch 'em early enough! Mine uses a patch of earth at the bottom of my garden, as long as he can get outside... when I was young, one of our cats would squat over the outside drain  If I didn't have lodgers, I'd use this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Litter-Kitter-Toilet-Training-System/dp/B000NIZZCW

  • Thank you all for your help and advice. I think i am having too much cheese and cream - didnt realise there was a limit ! Keep making errors - at first stuck to DD diet and was allowed milk but was having milky coffees and still eating fruit , as well as prob too much cheese and cream. Then got IPD book and thought i had read and understood that but obviously not -as gaining wt again. Will def cut down on these things , am gonna post food menu everyday and could you check for me please.
B - 2 boiled eggs and some ham
L - salad with cucumber, lettuce , mayo, grated cheese and 1 egg
D - 4 small lamb chops(fried) and some buttered kale
had decaf coffee with double cream and water of course.
Is there a limit on butter or oil ?

Don't eat a whole block of butter a day and you should be fine ;)
