    Had good day food wise yesterday, only had a pepperami after the cheesy leeks as was so satisfying. Think i'm cheesy leeked out now tho, as so rich.
    went mad on the BOGOF pepperamis, bought few every other day and now have 14 five packs :rotfl: they are a fab snack tho:j

    Couldn't find vege gel, think they were outta stock but can anyone tell me if we can use galatine as there's no info on pack but as its an animal product would it be ok?

    jorich... if u read my post above yrs u will see that some people never go dark but are stil in ketosis and losing so dont worry too much .. the fact u are thirsty and have smelly breath confirms the ketosis... good luck for yr weigh in

    I totally agree with Shykins. The way I see it Atkins is the plan that has been the base for the other plans adjusted in various ways. I think it is kind of genetic engineering of something that doesn't need engineered!

    I have never in all my time turned a ketostick purple, not that I've actually used them overly regularly. I gauge my ketosis by the lack of hunger and weight loss which despite light pink sticks has been great.

    Too much dairy was another question... yes... I think you can have too much dairy... lactOSE is the clue. OSE = carb so worth actually counting up again honestly and objectively.

    Atkins induction is worth looking at to get an idea of carb values adding gradually and gauging the effects. Everyone is different and some can have double, treble and even four times the amount my limit and still lose where I would stall. Lucky !!!!!!s! :rotfl: I put 2 lbs on between yesterday and today (my wii fit wants me to weigh daily and I do... then because I am in the exercising weigh in clothes I get to a bit of exercise) I KNOW the gain is because of too much cauliflower mash yesterday... I won't do it again!

    If you do the same thing you've always done, you'll get the same thing you always got. Is one of my fave sayings so I thought I would share it. I also wanted to let you know about a magic book... the sixty second motivator... got mine from Amazon and think it is fascinating!

    Best i dont cos i wouldn't know what to eat.

  • Oh and mazzers... yup if my memory serves me correctly gelatine has no carbs. I can understand badgers concerns because she is a veggie and I take my hat off at her ability to do LC without meat! :beer:
